Horizon Zero Dawn  a single player PlayStation exclusive (meaning you can only access/play this game on a PlayStation (PS4).) Released early 2017 this role-play action adventure game really shows what an open world survival game is all about.

Horizon Zero Dawn is about a young girl called Aloy who is determined to find out who her mother is and why she became an outcast and sheltered from the dangers of the world. She grew up in the wilds of the Nora Land with her father figure Rost who is also an outcast.

As you progress through the game you level up and come across bigger and stronger machines. Every time you level up your health goes up and you gain a Skill Point. You use these to learn new Skills to do with Prowler, Brave, Forager. Each skill requires a certain about of Skill Points.

Aside from the story mode you have side quests from different tribes. Each side quest has a different level requirement which you don't have to follow by that if you are lower than the required level you can still do that side quest it just may be hard.

The weapons in this game is more Archer based. As you progress through the game you come across Merchants that sell better versions of the weapons you start of with in the game. 
You get different outfits that have different advantages. Some protect you better from fire attacks. Some are made to protect you better from freeze attacks. The amo for your weapons you have to craft your self by finding all the resources in the wild some you can only get by taking down machines/enemy's (bandits).

The graphics for this game are amazing in my opinion. They are so realistic. Every detail in this game is very well done. The grass moves in the wind and when it rains you can see Aloy actually getting wet and her clothes getting darker because of the rain. You can see water drip from her face, clothes and hair. The water has reflections from the sun. Nighttime in that game looks amazing. It's like you are really in the dark because it can be hard to see at times.
The experience is amazing.

It's been noted that an average player of the game can complete the story more in just a little over 21 hours. With the side quests added to the story mode it can be completed in about 43 hours. If you want to fully 100% the game by getting all the hidden recordings and many other secrets it can take about 58 hours.

If you have a PS4/Pro and you don't have this game you should really get it. It's recent update now gives the game a New Game+ mode (which is where you complete the game and if you start again and use New Game+ you start with all your weapons and outfits.) There is now harder modes which is only accessed through New Game+. You can change certain features of your character that you couldn't before which again....Is only access by New Game +. New Game+ mode does not come at an extra cost.

Horizon Zero Dawn is available in disc and on the PlayStation Store.

Until Dawn is a PS4 Exclusive interactive adventure survival horror game where the choices you make affect the story later on.
Example without to much detail on who and what and where: I chose to shoot someone to save the character I was playing at that time, turns out the gun was shooting blanks. The person I was later on in the game was in trouble and the person I shot (who survived) got that character killed.

The story is about 8 friends who stay at a cabin in snowy mountains where two girls who were part of the friend's group went missing 1 year ago. The friend's find them selves under attack by a psychopath and then later on a curse that has released monsters that try to kill them and can succeed depending on your choices.  The game has 10 chapters and every chapter apart from chapter 1 starts with a "Previously" which shows a quick clip of your choices.

This game is free for the PS4 Plus Members for July's set of free games.

It has a lot of jump scares and shocking moments. It really is stomach churning because of the gore. There are multiple endings depending on who survives/how many survive if all characters survive or none at all. My first play through well I tried to keep all characters alive until I messed up so I thought I would try and get them all killed and well of course 1 survived.

The graphics are amazing. The story is good. The music/background noise and voice acting were very good. The camera and moving controls aren't the best but they are durable. I wish the characters could move a little faster when you are controlling them. There is running scenes but when you are exploring it's walking. You can speed up the walking but you don't really see a difference.

Overall this game is amazing and if it wasn't free and I found out about it I would probably actually buy it on the PS Store. I'm not really into horror games but this one was a VERY good horror game that actually did good jump scares.

If you play this, it is best to play it in the dark and have a headset or earphones in and have it loud. Makes it more creepier.

So last night (May 29th 2017) I had a bunch of half-seizures because I forgot to take my evening medicine. I heard my alarm go off on my phone and I switched it off and 5 minutes later I released I forgot to do something but I couldn't think what it was. First I thought I left the Curry in the oven too long so I went to the kitchen but the timer was still on and then I walked back to the bedroom and it was still bugging me so I walked back to the kitchen then I headed back to the bedroom but stopped in front of the living room door and my partner saw me just standing there staring into space.

He noticed that something was wrong with me and he told me to sit down and he spoke to me asking what was wrong and I started crying and saying that "I forgot to do something but I can't remember what" then that's when I started taking my half seizures. So he walked me to the bedroom and sat next too me and I was still crying and then it occurred to me that I had forgotten my medicine.  It was about 10 minutes later when I took my medicine and I was still so panicky and I stressed myself out that I took more half-seizures.

I can remember that I sort of lost my vision. I was lying on my bed and my sight was just white mist with lines moving about. My head felt like it was on one of those rides that go up and then it goes down really fast making you scream. The inside of my head felt like that. My boyfriend was trying to calm me down and tell me too sleep. I just couldn't. Eventually I did fall asleep. My half-seizures felt like it lasted for ever but it was only like 20 minutes or so.

My boyfriend started getting real bad pain in his chest because he was worrying so much. When I started getting my vision back it looked like my boyfriend had been crying because his eyes were all red but he says he was just real tired (he was up for 24 hours nearly. Think it was 22 hours.)

This morning nearly afternoon he told me that I forgot who he was because I asked him who he was and he said I told him to "Go away." I feel so bad for my bf he only 20 years old and he has to put up with so much by himself. He really is my hero. Honestly I am so lucky to have him in my life. He may be strict with some things but it's only cause he cares.

LiaF7 › Life teaches us. Forgetting medication is a risk you can't take. So the scare will give you strength. Knew a lady that had an absolutely normal life on medication. Take care and be happy :) You have so many beautiful years of happiness in front of you. :)

fifileigh › forgetting to take medicine for epilepsy could lead to death. i have heard stories of many people who got a seizure and died, which includes a 15-year-old boy. His father took him off medication, and he died of an epileptic seizure. I also heard that Ernest Hemingway's granddaughter, Margeaux, who was a model, died of an epileptic seizure at 40.

So I already explained the beginning of my new life of being Epileptic in Part 1.

Anyway so after I became Epileptic I soon after took a seizure in Primary school in music class.
Not so bad. I didn't hurt myself.

Years on didn't really get better. I weirdly only took them at home instead of public. I think I've only taken 3 or 4 seizures in the public eye.

One of my worst was in 2013. I had to miss college because I was in the shower and I took a seizure and fell out the bath (because the shower was attached to the wall). I ended up with half a swollen face and a hole just above my left side of my mouth and every time I moved my mouth (speaking ect) blood would squirt out. My phone phoned for an ambulance because i thad been one of my worst but they wouldn't send one out. They would only look at me/examine me if my mum drove to the hospital. At the time she didn't have a car. The next day my face wasn't so swollen and my mum managed to get me to A&E and my then at the time friend met me there and he saw how swollen my face was and I told him that it was much worse yesterday.

In 2013 which I didn't know was possible, I don't know how or why but I started taking seizures in my sleep. It scared my mum because she didn't know that was possible either.

About 2014/2015 I was on the bus to college, well I thought I was, I got to the top of the stairs cause I always sit at the top of the bus and as soon as I got to the top....Guess what? I took a seizure and fell to the bottom of the stairs. (Poor driver) There was these junkies on the bus and I was informed afterwards that they were laughing quietly until they saw I was lying on my own blood (not alot only from the nose). I came round and i was in an ambulance. My mum was phoned and she came to the ambulance to speak to them and well I was sort of capable of walking home I mean the ambulance was basically 1 minute walk from my house but they drove me home even though it wasn't needed. Sweet.

2016 my seizures have calmed down a lot and I can go about 3 months without taking one. So that's good but now when I take a seizure I refuse to breath. My mum go ta fright when she first saw this because my face went completely blue. Also it scared my boyfriend when that happened one night because I was going blue in the face so he had to force open my mouth.

About my medicine:

I take Keppra 750mg twice a day and I take Lamotrigne 250mg twice a day. Both at 06:30 am and 6:30pm

That is my story so far but  will be doing a part 3 on like what I can and cannot do anymore. Some will be obvious and the tests I've had.

HappyLady › I am glad your seizures are calming now. My heart used to ache for the children I worked with. You really have had a hard time with a condition that is often misunderstood.

I nearly shouted at my friend in college because my add on medicine makes me tired and sometimes I can't handle it so I go back to bed. According to her my tiredness isn't an excuse to stay of college. But if I am tired I can take a seizure.
