#BringTheLove just kicked off. We have enthusiastic coments from many users and some users would like more answers. We will answer here the questions that have arrived, but feel free to ask more in the comments. We will then create a permanent FAQ page available to everyone.

QUESTION: Is the referral system a substitute for the regular earnings?
ANSWER: No, the referral system is just another way of earning. You can continue to use Tuetego like you always did.

QUESTION: My Tueteg'O'Meter rating says I am an "A" but I have just earned xxx amount.
ANSWER: The ratings are just to qualify for the referrals earnings on a daily basis. If you don't score a minimum of B the referrals for the day won't be credited. This was done to avoid people just earning on referrals but not participating on the social activity. The Tueteg'O'Meter also gives you a hint about the type of actions you should perform to improve your daily earnings, but in no way does it determine your income. Tuetego has never given an exact amount per action and has never been promoted in that way, despite some users have said this in other forums.

QUESTION: I have an "A" in the Tuetego'O'Meter, does that mean I am getting the maximum payout for the day?
ANSWER: No, an "A" means you are a top active user and you will receive referral earnings. The more activity you make the more you will earn, just like it always had been.

QUESTION: Is there any limits on earnings?
ANSWER: No, there are no limits to the daily activity and no limits to the referrals whilst the campaign is open.

QUESTION: I am earning less than before, why is this?
ANSWER: Some users found loop holes in the system. Many users even publicly stated "if I do less I still get the same". We had to take action and we chose to look after the legit users. We reviewed the formulas, the daily activity and we started using quality controls like anti-spam tools.

QUESTION: I have referred users but I haven't got paid yet.
ANSWER: The new users must complete their profile first. It is not necessary they do it the same day, but the moment they complete their profile you will get paid at the time we do the daily updates. You will be able to see the number of users that successfully joined and how many of them completed the profile. This way you can control how your referral link is working.

QUESTION: I have found that if I reload the page many times it improves my "interaction" score. Also I have seen users writing 10 comments in their own posts just to improve their rating.
ANSWER: We are aware of this and will correct it in the next few hours.

QUESTION: Someone said it's easy to create own accounts with the referrals, is this true?
ANSWER: To approve the profile you need a verified Paypal account or UK bank account. This is not as easy as creating a fake email address. Also be aware that we will treat these as attempts of fraud and your account may be suspended.

QUESTION: Do I earn for the referrals of my referrals and so on?
ANSWER: No, we want to stay away of pyramid schemes. We are clear and honest about how we do things, we want to be around for a long time!

QUESTION: Are the apps getting an update?
ANSWER: Yes, both iOS and Android will get an update to show more information and correction of glitches.

QUESTION: Talking about glitches, what is the best way to make you aware of these?
ANSWER: We kindly ask people to use the Contact Form and give us as much information as possible. We can't monitor all mentions people make all the time, so avoid this method. Always contact form or email, that's the best and quickest way.

QUESTION: Will I get rich using Tuetego?
ANSWER: No, we encourage people to turn off the computer and enjoy life!!

Dear Tuetego friends,

Many of you have been asking as to why your individual earnings are so low for the past few days. Just to reassure you all, this is just temporary and it's in your hands to turn it around, but we will also provide tools to help.

Tuetego is an online business and as you probably know it means that we rely on the content to generate revenue. Low activity and low content quality lead to poor revenue. It's simple as that, so we had to review the whole system.

We need to improve the content, remove duplicates, spam, and also we need to put an end to plagiarism like people just pasting articles from Wikipedia. We are committed to fix this. But we will also need to improve the activity and quality. We want to value users that create amazing content rather that the ones that come here, write 5 meaningless posts and still expect to get the same money at the end of the day than people that make the effort to write articles or post quality content. Let's make Tuetego a great site all together, shall we? This starts by working as a team, it's a family after all!

#BringTheLove event will be live from next Wednesday the 22nd August. However in a few hours (today) you will be able to see the referral panel on your activity board.

At the same time we are launching a performance based meter or as we call it "Tueteg'O'Meter". Keeping your performance on green will be an essential requirement to earn rewards bringing new users. The meter will show 5 categories that you must keep in good scores, rated from A to E. Things measured will be new posts, likes received, time spent on site, comments written and general interaction. This will help to determine if a user is active and adding value to the site and therefore entitled to get rewards for new users.

But there is a reason we are making you work for it, and it's that each new user that registers and completes their profile with your referral link will add £0.05 to your balance with no catch, straight to your balance. Not bad, right?

So will you start to earn more again like you had been if not more? The answer is YES.

@Smokey2017 Good point. Most members come here because of money, which is normal as I think the site has been mainly promoted in forums about making money online. I like the design, layout and how things work here so I don't really get frustrated for having earned one penny or less. And I do come back.

Anyway, we have to abide with this. I would suggest. therefore, that there should be a warning. We have only known this after some of the Tuetegers have shown concerned and asked for queries or explanation about this low turn out of their earnings. It seems that ignorance of the law excuses no one. We have no choice but to accept this thing.☹️

fortune › I have many times warned new members for posting not original content but many do not pay attention. And I always thought that we need more blog posts to attract external views. But blogs should be paid more than just saying "good day" or posting any not much quality photo numerous times. Blogs require much more time to write and there we could add keywords and attract external views. And I would agree that posting few photos in a row was considered as spam. There is not left time for interaction just photos photos photos one after another. I agree @sonsee, when someone sends 20 photos in a row, your alone post just sank unnoticed in this photos forest.

I have too much work online so I always use laptop at day time, and it is impossible to work from the web version. So, asking us for a better work, they should do their part also.

Melsdename › How are y'all going to monitor multiple accounts? I have noticed that has become a big problem. Also some members post but do not interact with everyone like they should. In my opinion that is the accounts that monitors should be looking into. And or if someone has not been on for say 90 days there should be away to deactivate those accounts without deleting them. That way it will give people the option to come back if thwy want to. It also helps active users to be able to keep up with their active friends.

Dear users,

As we move into a new exciting year for Tuetego we want to ensure everyone is having fun and a great experience. We listen to all your suggestions and these seem to be the major concerns forwarded to us. Let us then just explain what we will do:

1. Spam
Frequently users complain about repetitive comments or repetitive pictures.
Comments are direct interactions and it does seems to be an issue of some people trying to "artificially" grow their activity for the day. To avoid this happening we have developed a smart technology that will ignore these comments towards the daily activity. Don't worry, your genuine comments are safe.
Pictures are just the user's work and we don't want anybody to stop expressing themselves in Tuetego. We are developing new solutions that will allow users to continue posting without limit but grouping the pictures of that day together. We expect this to be completed by the end of January.

2. Plagiarism
This is a serious one. It is explained in the Terms and Conditions and we need to remind the users that plagiarism is not allowed in Tuetego. There can be legal implications and the user is responsible of this. We had a legal requirement recently to take down some content, please don't think this won't happen to you. Wikipedia, most blogs and other portals are copyrighted and publishing that content in Tuetego is not allowed without the authors permission. Stay safe and post original content. If you want to publish the content of a website just paste the link and Tuetego will show the right amount of information and credit the original website.

3. Earnings
We just changed the algorithm that distributes the earnings to favour active users. To be favoured by this algorithm enter the site regularly, post and engage with users. Those are 3 good tips! We always said that being active is the best way to generate activity, try to be natural and just use the site like a regular social network because at the end of the day this site was created to socialise. We will work to bring other means of income, just bear with us while we cook new solutions.

LiaF7 › Happy New Year to all ! Nothing changes for me. I just upload my own photos, not a fan of plagiarism and rarely upload more than 10 photos a day. Been absent lately due to the busy season but have always used the site as a normal Social Media site. Only feel sinful for some one-word comments I wrote but I guess it has been the sin of most of the users here.
