Looking for the meaning of your dreams

.
Dreams are a physiological need, which has our brain to eliminate tensions and rest.

Our worries or problems, directly influence our mood and, of course, in our brain, who to eliminate these tensions or concerns, expresses them through dreams.

We all have at least 4 dreams per night, sometimes more. If we do not remember it is because our dream is very deep. There are problems or situations that we are not aware of and instead our subconscious is. Through dreams, we can reach such insensitive situations.

The interpretation of dreams is very interesting.
In one way or another, the interpretation of dreams has been present throughout history, from primitive peoples to the present, through the psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud.

Many times we spend the whole day thinking about a dream we have had while we were sleeping. We dream with our partner, with love, with family, with work and even with death. We can dream of anything and if sometimes the dream seems so real it is because our unconscious tries to tell us something.

And although there are some universal aspects in the meaning of each dream, interpretations that are valid in all moments and cultures, we must bear in mind that its meaning depends a lot on each person, each context and the moment of life in which we find ourselves. . Many nights, those who enter our dreams are our daily worries and our most personal longings.

There are some reasons more recurrent than others in our dreams. Thus, it is very common to dream about animals, with water or with a forest. As it is also common to dream with our loved ones or with co-workers. And aside we have the nightmares or those anguished dreams in which fear dominates us. All of them, dreams and nightmares, have their meaning and we must be careful because they contain a lot of information about our own personality.
