Do you have a cake for all family members to enjoy? Then try our recipe. It is not difficult to prepare and you will love it!
You need:
- 500 gr of dough dough,
- 100 g of powdered sugar,
- two packets of vanilla sugar,
- 800 ml of milk,
- two yolks,
- two packs of pudding,
- 250 gr butter,
- 350 ml of liquid whipped cream.
How do you cook it?
Remove the foil from the pack and cut it half. Spread one of the halves in a baking sheet with paper and bite with a fork.
Put it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees until it gets a golden color. Remove it from the oven and let it cool. Do the same thing with the second half.
While the dough is cool, prepare the cream.
Put the milk in a pot, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and pudding and boil them.
Add egg yolks and boil still. When ready, remove the pot from the fire and let the cream cool. Beat the foam butter and add it to the creamy cream.
Spread the cream over the baking dough. Beat the whipped cream until it falls off the spoon. Cover the cream with a layer of cream and the second half of the dough. Then put the cake in the cold.
