Acum sunt si eu, la randul meu, parinte. Abia acum pot intelege multe din framantarile pe care le avea si le mai are inca, mamica mea. Multe din ele nespuse niciodata.
Imi amintesc cum, copil fiind, ma trezeam sa merg la scoala si ea se invartea ca un titirez prin bucatarie, prin casa pentru ca noi ( eu si sora mea ) sa fim perfecti cand iesim pe usa.
Nu am fost niciodata o familie bogata insa ea ( si numai ea ) stia ce facea, cum facea... sa nu ne lipseasca nimic. Ma rog, aproximativ...
Si uite asa, calcati, apretati, cu ghetutele sau pantofiorii lucind, porneam spre scoala. 
N-a avut posibilitate sa faca decat 4 clase insa nu imi amintesc sa fi raspuns vre-odata la vre-o intrebare "nu stiu". avea ea secretele ei, mereu avea cate un raspuns multumitor.
N-am vazut-o stand la tv sau la barfa cu vecinele la banca din fata blocului. Avea cate ceva de facut intotdeauna.
Cand nu spala (nu aveam masina de spalat ), calca rufe, sau facea mancare sau facea curat prin casa sau aseza rufe la uscat sau le impaturea cu grija in sifonier.

"Untisor" is a medium-sized plant with round, green, glossy and fleshy leaves, grows in humid and shady places at the edge of forests, besides bushes, orchards and pastures.
This plant is "Untisor"
Untişorul, also known as the sloth, grasso, appears at the same time as the dandelion and is collected like this in the months of March and April and has the same precautions when harvesting - do not pick the leaves from the blooming plants because they are toxic.

Untișorul, cunoscut și sub numele de sălățica, grăușor, apare în același timp cu păpădia și se culege ca și aceasta, în lunile martie-aprilie și are aceleași precauții la recoltare - nu se culeg frunzele de la plantele înflorite deoarece sunt toxice . 
FACTOR CURATIV 
Se recoltează întreaga plantă, cu rădăcini tuberi, tulpini frunze si flori. De la Sălățica INFLORITĂ, nu se mai flolsesc intern nici frunzele, nici tulpinile, nici florile și nici rădăcinile, ele fiind toxice, se utilizează doar extern. Intern se administrează doar planta de untișor recoltată înainte de înflorire.

5. Black spots on the leaves

Phytotherapists, botanists and nature lovers, who are pruning at the beginning of spring, the lizards of coniferous and beech forests in Romania's hilly and mountainous areas often give a blooming plant that says nothing to the great majority of people. This is the so-called spleen (Helleborus sp) a plant that is being talked about more and more lately, and which specialists see in the near future a true miracle cure for cancer. Extremely appreciated, controversial, but not enough, the span is a plant that has the potential to save millions of lives!
 
Who are you, honey?
 
From a systematic and strictly botanical point of view, the spaniel belongs to the Ranunculaceae family, the Helleborus genus, which comprises about 20 species of sponge, many of them growing in Romania. The name of Helleborus comes from ancient Greek and refers to the powerful healing properties of the plant, known undoubtedly by the ancients, for "elein" meant wound, and "bora" food. It is a herbaceous plant and despite the names of the winter rose and the Rose Rose, given by the Westerners, the span has nothing to do with the roses that belong to the Rosaceae family.
The spider-like plants originate in Europe and Asia, and the largest concentration of species is found in the Balkans and the Carpathians. Usually, in our country, the hanging increases to an altitude of over 500 meters. It is a plant with long rhizome and strong roots. It has a straight stem, no more than 50 centimeters high. The leaves are large, with 5-7 lobes. The flowers are large, with specific smell and color of the petals varying according to the species, usually green, red-purple, white or dark red-violet.
 Hanging is one of the herbaceous plants with the earliest flowering of all the species that grow in our country, because the early spring blooms, usually in the months of February-March. In phytotherapy, roots and rhizomes are especially used.
 Because the hedge is also a decorative plant, the West has for many years become a garden plant. Lovers of ornamental flowers appreciate it for its early blossoming, resilience to sudden frosts and tolerance to shady places, the stretch being not a light-loving plant. The most appreciated species for the decorative role is Helleborus orientalis.
 The plant also has a special role in European folklore, for in ancient myths it is believed that the spleen is used in wrath rituals to invoke demons. In the ancient Romanian folklore, besides shock, the span is considered to be one of Devil's loved ones. This belief may be based on people's fear of the poisonous properties of the hen. In Greek mythology, Melampus of Pylos used spasm to heal the king's daughter Argos, the girls being cursed by Dyonisos.
The black sprout was also called the Christmas Rose in Western Europe, the name being based on an old legend that the plant would have appeared from the tears spilled on the snow by a little girl who was so poor that she found no gift to offer it the holy child born in the Bethlehem. During the siege of the town of Kirrha by the Ampyctonic League, the ancient Greeks used large amounts of sponge to poison the city's water reserves. The defenders of the fortress suffered from violent crises of diarrhea, and were subsequently incapable of stopping the conquest of the city.
 In the Romanians, the stretch was not just a medicinal herb. Both her strength and her increased toxicity made the Romanians treat her as a true magical plant. The people were talking about the so-called hidden power of the spangle.
Force, which, like other plants of similar status, could be directed to good or bad, depending on the intention of the one who uses it. In Romanian, there is, from ancient times, the belief that the most powerful plants in the traditional pharmacopoeia, such as the lamb, the cucumber or the healing, have the power to "avenge" the one who uses them for evil purposes, or it is crushed by thoughts unclean when collecting them. The collection of the span, and by the extension of the other plants, was carried out only by those who had sent and prayed before.
 Popular folklore stops the gathering of the full moon, as it was believed that the healing power of the hen was hard to control by the healing spell or witch. In the Romanians, the sprout is harvested before the feast of St. George, the act being done only by a little girl or an old man who told our Father three times before removing his roots from the ground.
The curative effects of black sprouts have long outlined. In ancient times, the stretch was used to treat psychoses, diarrhea and hemorrhoids. Since the dawn of the twentieth century, the stretch has been used to treat heart failure as well as the role of a natural diuretic. In traditional German medicine, the sprout root decoction was a famous remedy for epilepsy, hysteria, melancholy, menstrual dysfunction, constipation, liver disease, gout, and rheumatism.
 For external treatment, the lean root was dry, crushed and smeared over rebellious irritations, ulceration, and rebellious acne. Also in external treatment, the spleen has been performing very well in cases of rheumatism, sciatica and migraine. In the case of infected abscesses and wounds, cataplasts with leafy leaves or the root of this plant hurried the healing process.
 
Fighting the cancer with cancer
 
The earliest researches under the wings of science have revealed that the sponge contains numerous glycosylated substances, heleborine, helebrine, resins, saponosides, protoanemonine and various minerals. Span has also been successfully used in the natural treatment of some forms of paralysis. It also contains protoanemonine and ranunculin that give it a sour taste and in large quantities causes burns of the eyes, mouth and throat.
However, the spleen administered under a strict and competent medical observation seems to be an effective natural remedy for latent cancer cases. In Romanian folk medicine and beyond, lean root tincture was used in the treatment of paralysis and other diseases of the nervous system. In traditional Russian medicine, the Helleborus orientalis spine was successfully used in slimming belts.
 The ancient witches were aware of the high toxicity of this plant and advised no one to take it as it was. This is also underlined by today's physicians who categorically prohibit sputum self-healing for the same reasons. The basis of the complete cancer ratio with the help of the spank was made by the controversial theosophist and naturalist Rudolf Steiner.
 Subsequently, laboratory studies on tumor cell cultures have demonstrated that heavily diluted water extract stimulates the process of apttoctomy (natural death of carcinogenic cells). Following oncological pediatric expressions, spleen extract is already part of the standard treatment of brain tumors.
 
A miraculous and dangerous plant
 There have been many cancers of the blood and lymphatic system (leukemia, malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma) that have been cured by sprains.
In herbal medicine, cancer treatment is indicated whenever the patient can not tolerate the mistletoe treatment, or the patient suffers from tumor-associated fever.
 If a lung cancer patient coughs blood, has respiratory failure and shows signs of bronchial secretions, inhalation of sponge extracts has proven effective again. Research on Helleborus foetidus spinal cord cancer treatment is just beginning. Laboratory studies of leukemia-bearing cancer cell cultures have shown that extracts of this sponge have a more pronounced cytotoxic effect than black sputum.
 Internal administration of the spleen should be done only at the advice of the physician and under his strict supervision. The minimum powder dose is 0.25 grams of crushed root and the maximum must not exceed 1 gram per day. Doses are also prescribed depending on the age, weight and general health of the patient.
 Unfortunately, insufficient information appeared and transmitted "from mouth to mouth". As well as the desperation to understand up to a point of people who would do anything to get healthy, it has led to empirically treated spas, treatments that have had extremely serious consequences, and sometimes even fatal. It should be noted that all parts of the sponge are toxic, from flowers to root, the plant preserving its toxicity in a dry state. Spontaneous poisoning leads to anesthesia of the central nervous system. The first signs of it appear in the form of abundant salivation, nausea, vomiting, hiccups, drowsiness, convulsions, pupil dilation, mucosal irritation, haemorrhage, slow heart rate, and even death.
The first aid in this unfortunate case consists in the urgent call of the doctor and the administration of stomach washing, the ingestion of medicinal coal followed by enema. Normally, sponge cure takes about 20 days, and if the body rejects the spice extract, typical reactions are in the form of migraines and the appearance of red spots on the skin of the body.
 It should also be forgotten that the hip is forbidden to the heart patients because it speeds up the blood flow, which is fatal for a hypertensive. Spread treatment also requires barbiturates, antibiotics and vasodilators, along with the adoption of a regimen that will totally exclude coffee, fats, alcohol and tobacco.
 As experts argue that less than half of the medical properties of the span have been studied, hopefully the progress of medicine will lead to the emergence of a long-awaited effective drug for all cancers.
And it would not be surprising for that medicine to be spongy.
 Finally, it is worth mentioning that in Romania most of the sparing species with medical potential are still very well represented, and the unique quality of the Romanian spaniel was recognized by the foreign specialists.

Spânzul (Helleborus) împodobeşte grădina primăvara devreme cu flori delicate, într-o mulţime de nuanţe pastel sau în culori regale, catifelate, de roşu burgund şi cafeniu.
În mediul său natural, spânzul poate fi găsit în păduri, la baza copacilor, iţindu-şi florile din zăpadă. Preferă zonele luminoase sau semi umbrite, ferite de vânt. Nu îi este frică de frig, trecând cu bine şi peste cele mai geroase ierni. În ceea ce priveşte solul, preferă unul fertil, cu umiditate ridicată, uşor alcalin. Pentru înmulţire se folosesc seminţe sau se separă o tufă matură în perioada de repaus.
Ca plantă de grădină, este uşor de îngrijit, însă uneori poate avea probleme. Iată câteva remedii pentru diverse situaţii cu care te poţi întâlni:
5. Pete negre pe frunze
Culoarea frunzişului se schimbă, apărând pete circulare şi dungi închise la culoare, chiar negre.
Cu toate că pare a fi o ciupercă, dacă vom încerca să tratam cu fungicide, vom vedea că nu dă rezultate. Din păcate, este vorba de un virus numit “Moartea Neagră”.
Acesta nu are nici un tratament cunoscut şi întreaga plantă trebuie eliminată pentru a împiedica infestarea celorlalte plante din apropiere. Pentru prevenire se va încerca reducerea dăunătorilor la minim, deoarece aceştia sunt responsabili de propagarea bolii.
6. Nu se mai dezvoltă
Planta îşi încetineşte ritmul de creştere, stagnează, nu produce boboci, nu înfloreşte, chiar moare dacă nu este tratată la timp.
Trebuie luat în calcul dacă spânzul are parte de condiţiile minim necesare de creştere şi dezvoltare, dacă primeşte substanţe nutritive şi îngrijire specială. În cazul în care toate punctele sunt pozitive, iar planta nu îşi revine în scurt timp, trebuie cercetat mai adânc. Mai exact sub pământ. Vom dezgropa spânzul pentru a vedea care este problema. De cele mai multe ori vom da de nematozi care se hrănesc din planta noastră.
Daca atacul nu e aşa grav, se poate salva planta prin eliminarea nematozilor şi eventual replantarea în altă parte. Se pot folosi şi nematocide conform indicaţiilor de pe ambalaj.

Fitoterapeuţii, botaniştii şi iubitorii naturii care colindă la începutul primăverii lizierele pădurilor de conifere şi fagi din zonele deluroase şi montane din România, dau adesea peste o plantă înflorită care nu spune nimic marii majorităţi a oamenilor. Este vorba de aşa numitul spânz (Helleborus sp) o plantă despre care se vorbeşte tot mai mult în ultimul timp, şi pe care specialiştii o văd în viitorul apropiat un adevărat leac minune contra cancerului. Extrem de apreciat, controversat, dar fără doar şi poate insuficient studiat, spânzul este o plantă care are potenţialul de a salva milioane de vieţi!
 
Cine eşti tu, spânzule?
 
Din punct de vedere sistematic şi strict botanic, spânzul aparţine familiei Ranunculaceae, genului Helleborus, care cuprinde aproximativ 20 de specii de spânz, multe dintre ele crescând şi în România. Numele de Helleborus provine din greaca veche şi trimite cu gândul la puternicele proprietăţi vindecătoare ale plantei, cunoscute fără îndoială şi de antici, căci „elein” însemna rană, iar „bora” hrană. Este o plantă erbacee şi în ciuda denumirilor de trandafir de iarnă şi trandafirul Crăciunului, date de către occidentali, spânzul nu are nicio legătură cu trandafirii propriu-zişi, care aparţin familiei Rosaceae.
Plantele din genul spânzului sunt originare din Europa şi Asia, şi cea mai mare concentrare de specii se întâlneşte în Balcani şi Carpaţi. De obicei, în ţara noastră spânzul creşte la altitudinea de peste 500 metri. Este o plantă cu rizom lung şi rădăcini puternice. Are o tulpină dreaptă, nu mai înaltă de 50 centimetri. Frunzele sunt mari, cu 5-7 lobi. Florile sunt mari, cu miros specific şi culoarea petalelor variabilă în funcţie de specie, de regulă acestea fiind verzi, roşu-purpurii, albe sau roşu-violaceu închis.
 Spânzul este una dintre plantele erbacee cu înflorirea cea mai timpurie între toate speciile care cresc la noi în ţară, căci înfloreşte primăvara devreme, de regulă în lunile februarie-martie. În fitoterapeutică, sunt folosite mai ales rădăcinile şi rizomii.
 Deoarece spânzul este şi o plantă cu aspect decorativ, în Occident a devenit de mulţi ani o plantă de grădină. Iubitorii de flori ornamentale îl apreciază pentru înflorirea sa timpurie, rezistenţa deobebită la îngheţurile bruşte şi toleranţa la locuri umbroase, spânzul nefiind o plantă iubitoare de lumină. Cea mai apreciată specie pentru rol decorativ este Helleborus orientalis.
 Planta are un rol special şi în folclorul european, căci în miturile străvechi se crede că spânzul este folosit în cadrul ritualurilor vărjitoreşti de invocare a demonilor. În folclorul vechi românesc, alături de soc, spânzul este considerat a fi una dintre plantele îndrăgite de Diavol. Această credinţă poate avea la bază temerea oamenilor de proprietăţile otrăvitoare ale spânzului. În mitologia greacă, Melampus din Pylos s-a folosit de spânz pentru a le vindeca de nebunie pe fiicele regelui Argos, fetele fiind blestemate iniţial de Dyonisos.
 Spânzul negru era numit şi Trandafirul Crăciunulu în Europa Apuseană, denumirea având la bază o veche legendă conform căreia planta ar fi apărut din lacrimile vărsate pe zăpadă de către o fetiţă care era atât de săracă încât nu a găsit niciun cadou pe care să-l ofere pruncului sfânt născut în ieslea din Betleem. În timpul asediului oraşului cetate Kirrha de către Liga Ampyctonică, grecii antici au folosit mari cantităţi de spânz pentru a otrăvi rezervele de apă ale cetăţii. Apărătorii cetăţii au suferit de crize violente de diaree fiind ulterior incapabili să oprească cucerirea cetăţii.
 La români, spânzul nu era doar o simplă plantă medicinală. Atât puterea, cât şi toxicitatea sa crescută i-a făcut pe români să o trateze ca pe o adevărată plantă magică. În popor se vorbea pe vremuri de o aşa numită putere ascunsă a spânzului. 
Forţă care, la fel ca la alte plante cu statut asemănător, putea fi orientată în bine sau în rău, în funcţie de intenţia celui care o foloseşte. La români, exista deci încă din cele mai vechi timpuri, credinţa că cele mai puternice plante din farmacopeea tradiţională, precum mătrăguna, cucuta sau spânzul au puterea de a se „răzbuna” pe cel care le foloseşte în scopuri rele, sau este măcinat de gânduri necurate atunci când le culege. Culegerea spânzului, şi prin extensie a celorlante plante, era efectuată pe vremuri doar de cei care postiseră şi se rugaseră înainte.
 Cutumele populare opresc culesul spânzului pe lună plină, deoarece se credea că puterea vindecătoare a spânzului era greu de controlat de către vraciul sau vrăjitoarea vindecătoare. La români, spânzul se recolta înainte de sărbătoarea Sfântului Gheorghe, actul fiind săvârşit doar de către o fetiţă sau o bătrână care spunea de trei ori Tatăl Nostru înainte de a-i scoate spânzului rădăcinile din sol. 
 Efectele curative ale spânzului negru au ieşit de mult timp în evidenţă. În vechime, spânzul era folosit în tratarea psihozelor, diareei şi hemoroizilor. Începând cu zorii secolului XX, spânzul a fost folosit în tratamentul isuficienţei cardiace, precum şi în rol de diuretic naturist. În medicina tradiţională germană, decoctul din rădăcină de spânz era un remediu faimos contra epilepsiei, crizelor de isterie, melancoliei, disfuncţiilor menstruale, constipaţiei, afecţiunilor ficatului, gutei şi reumatismului.
 Pentru tratamentul extern, rădăcina de spânz era uscată, măcinată şi presărată asupra iritaţiilor rebele, ulceraţiilor şi acneei rebele. Tot în tratamentul extern, spânzul a dat rezultate foarte bune în cazurile de reumatism, dureri de sciatică şi migrene. În cazul abceselor şi rănilor infectate, catapalsmele cu frunze de spânz sau rădăcina acestei plante grăbeau procesul de vindecare.
 
Lupta spânzului cu cancerul
 
Primele cercetări sub lupa ştiinţei au scos la iveală că spânzul conţine numeroase substanţe glicozize, heleborina, helebrina, rezine, saponozide, protoanemonina şi diverse minerale. Spânzul a mai fost folosit cu succes în tratamentul naturist al unor forme de paralizii. El mai conţine protoanemonină şi ranunculină care-i conferă un  gust acru şi în cantităţi mari provoacă arsuri ale ochilor, cavităţii bucale şi gâtului.
 Totuşi, spânzul administrat sub o strictă şi competentă observaţie medicală pare să fie un eficient medicament naturist pentru cazurile de cancer în stare latentă. În medicina populară românească şi nu numai, tinctura de rădăcină de spânz era folosită în tratamentul paraliziilor şi altor afecţiuni ale sistemului nervos. În medicina tradiţională rusă, spânzul din specia Helleborus orientalis era folosit cu succes în curele de slăbire.
 Vracii din vechime erau conştienţi de toxicitatea ridicată a acestei plante şi nu sfătuiau pe nimeni să o ia după cum i se năzare. Fapt subliniat şi de medicii din zilele noastre, care interzic categoric autotratamentul cu spânz, din aceleaşi motive. Bazele ratamentului integral al cancerului cu ajutorul spânzului au fost puse de către controversatul teozof şi medic naturist Rudolf Steiner.
 Ulterior, studiile de laborator asupra culturilor de celule tumorale au demonstrat că extractul de spânz puternic diluat în apă stimulează procesul de aptoptoză (moarte naturală a celulelor cancerigene). În urma exprimentelor din cadrul pediatriei oncologice, extractul de spânz face deja parte din tratamentul standard al tumorilor cerebrale.
 
Plantă miraculoasă, dar şi periculoasă
 Au existat numeroase cazuri de cancer al sistemului sangvin şi limfatic (leucemie, limfom malign, myelom multiplu) care au fost vindecate în urma tratamentelor cu spânz.
 În cadrul medicinei naturiste, tratamenul cu spânz al cancerului este indicat de fiecare dată când pacientul nu poate tolera tratamentul cu vâsc, sau pacientul suferă de febră asociată tumorilor.
 Dacă un pacient suferind de cancer pulmonar tuşeşte sânge, are insuficienţă respiratorie şi prezintă semne ale secreţiilor bronhiilor, inhalarea extractelor de spânz s-a dovedit din nou eficientă. Cercetările cu privire la tratarea cancerului cu spânz din specia Helleborus foetidus sunt de-abia la început. Studiile de laborator ale culturilor cu celule canceroase care prezintă leucemie au demonstrat că extractele din această specie de spânz au un efect cytotoxic mai pronunţat chiar decât al spânzului negru.
 Administrarea pe cale internă a spânzului trebuie să se facă numai la sfatul medicului şi sub stricta sa supraveghere. Doza minimă de pulbere este de 0,25 grame de rădăcină pisată şi cea maximă nu trebuie să depăşească 1 gram pe zi. Dozele sunt prescrise şi în funcţie de vârsta, greutatea şi starea generală a sănătăţii pacientului.
 Din nefericire, informaţiile insuficiente apărute şi transmise „din gură în gură”. Precum şi disperarea de înţeles până la un punct a oamenilor care ar face orice pentru a se însănătoşi, a dus la tratamente cu spânz luate empiric, tratamente care au avut consecinţe extrem de grave, şi uneori chiar fatale. Trebuie reţinut că toate componentele spânzului sunt toxice, de la flori la rădăcină, planta păstrându-şi toxicitatea şi în stare uscată. Intoxicaţia cu spânz duce la anestezia sistemului nervos central. Primele semne ale acesteia apar sub forma salivaţieie abundente, greaţa, voma, sughiţ, somnolenţă, convulsii, dilatarea pupilelor, iritaţia mucoaselor, hemoragii, încetinirea ritmului cardiac şi poate urma chiar decesul.
Primul ajutor în acest caz nefericit constă în chemarea de urgenţă a medicului şi administrarea de spălături stomacale, ingerarea de cărbune medicinal urmată de clisme. În mod normal, cura cu spânz durează circa 20 de zile, iar dacă organismul respinge extractul de spânz, reacţiile tipice sunt sub forma migrenelor şi apariţiei de pete roşii pe pielea corpului.
 Nu trebuie uitat nici că spânzul este interzis bolnavilor cardiaci deoarece accelerează viteza sângelui, fapt fatal pentru un hipertensiv. Tratamentul cu spânz impune şi renunţarea la barbiturice, antibiotice şi vasodilatatoare, alături de adoptarea unul regim din care vor fi excluse total cafeaua, grăsimile, alcoolul şi tutunul.
 Cum experţii susţin că nu s-au studiat nici măcare jumătate din proprietăţile medicale ale spânzului, să sperăm, deci, că progresul medicinei va duce la apariţia unui mult aşteptat medicament eficent asupra tuturor formelor de cancer.
Şi nu ar fi deloc surprinzător ca acel medicament să fie pe bază de spânz. 
 În încheiere merită amintit că în România, majoritatea speciilor de spânz cu potenţial medical sunt încă foarte bine reprezentate, iar calitatea unică a spânzului românesc a fost recunoscută de specialiştii străini.
