Exquisite and fluffy cheese cake baked in Galician

3 eggs.
1 natural yogurt

Preparation, step by step
-Wet all the ingredients in a bowl or a deep bowl and beat them with the blender until you get a homogeneous mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, placing heat both up and down.
- Butter and flour the mold that you are going to use for the cheesecake, pour the mixture of all the ingredients in the mold and put it in the oven at medium-low heat for about 40 minutes.

However, there is another version of this cheese cake baked in Galician that is made with what is known in Galicia as country cheese. The preparation is the same, but it is not necessary to add jam so as not to cover the flavor so characteristic of this cheese. The two versions are exquisite.
