You must start consuming soy

.
Good evening my dear followers.
It’s time to speak you about Soy, i drink it and i eat too. I want you to know that a diet rich in soy is good for your heart.

✅ Soy is not only a highly nutritious food, but it can be a great ally for the health of the female heart, especially for women who are approaching the stage of menopause.
✅ The researchers conducted an experiment with premenopausal animals divided into two groups: the first was fed a diet rich in animal proteins and the second with a diet rich in soy.
✅ After removing the ovaries from the female monkeys to imitate the menopausal situation of the human woman, the macaques were divided again into three groups: the first one continued to be given proteins of animal origin, the second one that had eaten animal protein was gave him a diet rich in soy and the third group was followed by a diet high in soy.
✅ After 34 months, clinical analyzes showed that animals that had eaten soy protein before and after menopause had the healthiest levels of blood cholesterol.
✅ In the same way, the group that had been initially fed with animal protein and then with soybeans registered a quite significant improvement in their data.
✅ According to the research, the isoflavones and phytosterols contained in this legume, have an antioxidant effect, which helps to reduce the oxidation of fats, thus preventing the formation of atheroma plaques (cholesterol accumulation) in the arterial walls, one of cardiovascular risk factors.
✅ The amount of soy recommended per day according to the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) is 25 grams per day.

Now that you know you must try it.

ORourkeDesigns Just be careful not all women do well with this product if you have cancer it can be dangers specially because most soy is not organic and they use a lot of chemicals when growing it. Not to mention the destruction of clear cutting forests to grow the stuff which is not good for our planet or the animal kingdom
