A cake with apple and poppy
.
Ingredients:
2 cups of rooted apples,
1 cup of poppy,
1 cup of olive oil,
2 cups of flour,
2 eggs,
1 cup of sugar,
vanilla sugar,
cinnamon and nutmeg,
to the top of salt baskets.
Overflow from jam
2 tips of jam / jam / marmalade of your choice (eg apricot jam and excellent orange jam)
2 tablespoons of water,
1 tsp rum.
Chocolate glazed:
100 g of chocolate,
2 teaspoons of milk,
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Turn on the oven to heat to 200 ° C.
Foam the eggs with sugar until the sugar melts. Add oil, apples, poppy, flour into which you mixed the baking powder and mix it all together.
Put the baking paper in the carpet, and then prepare the dough with the apples.
Place the test tube with the test in a heated oven and bake at 180-200 ° C for 30-40 minutes. After 30 minutes, make a rehearsal by touching the cake with your fingers from the top, if you have a "spongy" feeling under your fingers means that the cake is baked enough.
While cooking, mix the jam, water and rum in a cup and dissolve the chocolate with milk and oil separately.
Fry the cake out of the oven and squeeze it with syrup from jam and then pour the chocolate. If you can wait, leave the cake to cool down, but you can cut it off and as soon as it cools down a little, it's not too hot to cut it;)
The end result should be a soft, juicy and fragrant cake.
