Are stolen or are you original content? We don't like thieves here.
.
we live in the computer age where new technologies surround us on all sides.
Today everyone has a mobile phone even if it is simple with a camera, no matter what its quality.
Today everyone can be original and take their own pictures.
It is hateful to be reading articles and see that they are stealing what others have done with their effort.
Take a photograph that does not belong to you and use it without the permission of its author IS STEALING! YOU ARE A THIEF!
we want an original community, without Internet junk. our administrators have said that plagiarism is forbidden but here people still use things that do not belong plagiarizing because the work of others and is a fucking shame

TammyWhite › I am OC. Great article! Hope people using ilegal content learn a bit
Smokey2017 › Who are you referring to @beatofangel

NyishaHv › beatofangel I see your point but you can still use photographs from public domain websites photograph that doesn't count as 'copyright'. I have seen content where someone has just copied and pasted anothers article from websites which is obviously just wrong, but as for the photographs public domain websites where the images are available for public use are okay.
Campanita › @Smokey2017 a lot of users. Use image reverse.
I saw from almost 7 users.
Some photos is simple to know

OlitaM › I am an amateur photographer and I love this beautiful world named Photography.
beatofangel › @NyishaHv my art is shared without my permission on public domain and i am fighting with the justice to delete that post. Some people pick my art from my websites and posted there. Not only mine, even other friend artist, and that isn't public.
I think everyone in world how can pay internet can pay a cheaper phone to take photos.

NyishaHv › @beatofangel i'm really sorry about that. I actually really don't like it when others take work without the permission of the original owner. Sadly, online a lot of people share and post content that is not their own, even if it has a watermark! Even if inviduals patent their work someone will still share it and think that acknowledging the author means they haven't copyrighted the content. I'm sorry others have done that to your work it isn't fair I agree. I was looking at some of your photos and art and I must say they are absolutely amazing by the way :)
I do agree though, original content is so much better and to copy others work is just sleezy and bad practice.

Unanenna › Well said! Smokey even the most actives here. Last nights a girl upload a lights photograph saying original and use as her and that photo was stolen from the net.
I not going to name anyone. They know. Same person upload a bank in a park with copytight from owner in the photo. Shameless.
Others users make the same .tag myphoto and you can read owner name in photo

HazySue › It is always a shame when someone takes the credit for and makes money with other peoples hard work. I think whenever you discover this you need to report it.
tallawah › If one reads the Law...one will find that there is a difference between plagiarism and fair use. A difference between quoting authorities and copying. If I were to write about the Magna Carta, and were I to set off a portion in quotes and give attribution, and use an image, that would NOT BE PLAGIARISM.
Too many people don't know the law. They think that if someone uses a photograph to off set prose, not taking credit for the image, simply using it... i.e. an image of corn flakes to off set an article about breakfast cereals, that is NOT plagiarism.
Do a Search on Fair Use ... some of the items are so simply written that you should be able to get a full Legal Understanding.

miyaandrews › Agree, if owner don't give permision is law punishment. I work with juzged in seoul
Bashields › Agree
ze2000 › I think we go a bit to the extreme in all this. Obviously a photo with a watermark should be treated as copyrighted but there are thousands of images available in the internet that have no marks or credit. I think it's the owner's responsibility to make sure their content is properly labelled.
