Her Keeping Up With The Kardashians show boss, Jeffrey Jenkins, gave the thumbs-up to the happy news and congratulated the happy couple publicly.
He wrote: "Congrats my beautiful Khloe! You will be a great mom! God bless you all three! Mwah!!!"
It is a baby boom in the Kardashian clan, with Khloe's sister Kim and half-sister Kylie both set to welcome new additions to her brood.
Yet according to reports on US Weekly's website, Khloe won't be sporting a dazzling diamond ring in the labour ward.
A source told the website: "Khloe hasn’t typically cared about getting married before having a baby.
"She’s open to it but it’s not a prerequisite, to be married, before having kids."
