How healty is coconut oil tor our body

Balancing the quantity is a key to healthy and proper nutrition. If our diet is rich in the diet of various sources of fat (olive oil avocado, seeds, nuts) and dietary fibers, with limited (minimal) intake of alcohol and sugar, so that coconut oil will not be harmful but in fact it can be useful for health.
