Who is really active in this social media to follow? Can you tell me?, please!

I must ask this because @Tuetego most times only show me people to follow but accounts are totally with inactivity since a lot days, even 200 days ago from their last post, and that have no sense for me, i don't know what do you think about, maybe you are thinking like i do.
I think the webpage and the app should show us only persons with 100% active accounts to follow because that person will interact with you and this way both will win here, and not that inactive accounts with post from 100 or 200 days ago.
It's my opinion as new user here.
