What is the possibility of the ability of doing nothing and what will we be able to do tomorrow that we cannot yet do today?

In life, we all have our own insecurities, strengths, weaknesses and unique capabilities and we have to take those into account in figuring out where our talents and desires intersect. That intersection is like a blue flame where passion and ability come together. When that blue flame is ignited within a person, it is a powerful force in getting you where you want to be.

Over the years, I have learned that fear limits us and our vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for us. The journey is valuable, but believing in our talents, our abilities, and our self-worth can empower us to walk down an even brighter path. Hence believe in yourself, your abilities and your own potential. Never let self-doubt hold you captive because you are worthy of all that you dream of and hope for.

In fact, you don’t have to always follow in the footsteps of others. And most important, you should always remind yourself that you don't have to do what everyone else is doing and have a responsibility to develop the talents you have been given. Sometimes life knocks you on your back. Get up because happiness is not the absence of problems but it is the ability to deal with them. It doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down. All that matters is you get up one more time than you were knocked down.

If you doubt you can accomplish something, then you can't accomplish it. You have to have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through. Step out of your comfort zone. Comfort zones, where your unrealized dreams are buried, are the enemies of achievement. Leadership begins when you step outside your comfort zone. It doesn't really matter if you are left behind the back, but what matters is your capacity to pull and push everyone by your way to get to the front.

Ability is to look at a blank page and create a poem
Ability is to stare into the eyes of fear and come out stronger
Ability is to walk into a room of strangers and come out with friends
Ability is to admit you are wrong when you are wrong
Ability is to get back up when you fall down
Ability is to believe when everything seems lost
Ability a simple word with a complex meaning for a person
Ability is never found but for all ability is within
Ability stares everyone in the face at one time or another
For some, ability is lost by never trying
You have ability because ability is within
Ability is living in you.

The ability to withstand the flinch comes with the knowledge that the future will be better than the past. Stop wasting time trying to predict your future, instead just spend more time in trying to create one because the ability to do so lies perfectly placed in your capable hands and you will one day thank yourself for it.

Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities and without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. If you can dream it and then you can do it. Many great ideas are not unique. They only become unique when the people who have the wherewithal actually to implement them come together.

Show the world that you are not here to just pass through but leave great footprints wherever you pass and be remembered for the change you initiated. Sow the seeds of hard work and you will reap the fruits of success. Find something to do, do it with all your concentration and you will excel. Flow wherever you go and you can’t be limited. Dare to rise above all limitations and become better than you were and strive to arrive at the top.

There is nothing you lack and all you will find. We are one at the heart but just divided by mind. Don't let life pass you by but measure yourself by what you have accomplished with your ability. Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it. Remember, you are the only person on earth who can use your ability. We are limited, not by our abilities, but by our vision. So aim for the ABC of success always- Ability, Belief and Courage.

What is truth and how will you define it? Truth, like knowledge, surprisingly difficult to define. We seem to rely on it almost every moment of every day and it is very close to us.

It is a universal fact that there is beauty in truth, even if it is painful. Those who lie, twist life so that it looks tasty to the lazy, brilliant to the ignorant, and powerful to the weak. But lies only strengthen our defects. They don't teach anything, help anything, fix anything or cure anything. Nor do they develop one's character, one's mind, one's heart or one's soul.

Words can be twisted into any shape. Promises can be made to lull the heart and seduce the soul. In the final analysis, words mean nothing. They are labels we give things in an effort to wrap our puny little brains around their underlying natures, when ninety-nine percent of the time the totality of the reality is an entirely different beast. The wisest man is the silent one. Examine his actions. Judge him by them.

Some people think that the truth can be hidden with a little cover-up and decoration. But as time goes by, what is true is revealed, and what is fake fades away.  Truth is, I will never know all there is to know about you just as you will never know all there is to know about me. Humans are by nature too complicated to be understood fully. So, we can choose either to approach our fellow human beings with suspicion or to approach them with an open mind, a dash of optimism and a great deal of candor.

Truth never dies. The ages come and go
The Mountains wear away, the stars retire
Destruction lays earth's mighty cities low
And empires, states and dynasties expire
But caught and handed onward by the wise
Truth never dies.

Though undeceived and scoffed at through the years
Though made the butt of ridicule and jest
Though held aloft for mockery and jeers
Denied by those of transient power possessed
Insulted by the insolence of lies
Truth never dies.

It answers not. It does not take offense
But with a mighty silence bides its time
As some great cliff that braves the elements
And lifts through all the storms its head sublime
It ever stands, uplifted by the wise
And never dies.

As rests the Sphinx amid Egyptian sands
As looms on high the snowy peak and crest
As firm and patient as Gibraltar stands
So truth, unwearied, waits the era blest
When men shall turn to it with great surprise
Truth never dies.

Actually, your problem is how you are going to spend this one odd and precious life you have been rendered. Whether you are going to spend it trying to look good and creating the illusion that you have power over people and circumstances, or whether you are going to taste it, enjoy it and find out the truth about who you are. You don't learn from successes; you don't learn from rewards; you don't learn from great books; you only learn from wounds and scars and mistakes and failures. And that is the ultimate truth.

Anyhow, we learned about honesty and integrity that the truth matters and that you don't take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules and success doesn't count unless you earn it fair and square. After all, honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom. So stop doing what is easy but start doing what is right.

Be impeccable with your word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love. Don't assume, ask. Be kind. Tell the truth. Don't say anything you can't stand behind fully. Have integrity. Tell people how you feel.

Remember, trust starts with truth and ends with truth. Time is precious, but truth is more precious than time.

If you ask what the single most important key to longevity is, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn't ask me, I'd still have to say it.

I am not a Philosopher nor am a Mentor but I am just one among you and it is as simple as that.  Let me ask all my friends; are you free from all the stresses in life? I love to get honest answers from each one of you. If the answer is Yes, then I will say, you love your life so much and love to live to the fullest. But the answer is NO, and then you are forgetting to live for yourself and need urgent attention to rectify the basic errors.

We live in times of high stress. Messages that are simple, messages that are inspiring, messages that are life-affirming, are a welcome break from our real lives.

Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.

As the nature of human life has become far more complicated, our ancient stress response hasn't been able to keep up. The truth is that stress doesn't come from your boss, your kids, your spouse, traffic jams, success, the economy, the environment, relationships,  health challenges and diseases, parenting, work/life balance, money or other conditions. It comes from your thoughts about these circumstances.

Many of us feel stress and get overwhelmed not because we're taking on too much, but because we're taking on too little of what really strengthens us. Letting go helps us to  live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and for us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress.

A lot of emotional stress that people go through, some people figure out a way to handle it. They have a strong enough support system to keep going and keep moving forward. And some people, they feel like they don't have that outlet.

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from one of my university professors. He told me to go slow to go fast. I think that applies to everything in life. We live as though there aren't enough hours in the day but if we do each thing calmly and carefully we will get it done quicker and with much less stress.

Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not. Getting stress out of your life takes more than prayer alone. You must take action to make changes and stop doing whatever is causing the stress. You can learn to calm down in the way you handle things.

If you don't think your anxiety, depression, sadness and stress impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to inflammation and a weakened immune system. Learn how to cope, sweet friend. There will always be dark days

Many people including doctors say that Stress Kills Us. But Why? As far as my opinion is concerned, it’s not stress that kills us; it is our reaction to it. Remember that stress doesn't come from what's going on in your life. It comes from your thoughts about what's going on in your life.

In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another. Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.

There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether to let it affect you or not. The deepest fear we have, 'the fear beneath all fears,' is the fear of not measuring up, the fear of judgment. It's this fear that creates the stress and depression of everyday life.

Always believe in this, God will never give you anything you can't handle, so don't stress.

To be a champion in life, you have to learn to handle stress and pressure. But if you've prepared mentally and physically, you don't have to worry.

What do you like and hate about your brother? What do you and your brother have in common?

Sibling friendships are important because our siblings have been in our lives since the beginning of our lives. A good thing about having siblings as friends is that you can have a fight one day then wake up the next morning and nothing ever happened. It is not like they can walk out of your life. Usually siblings that argue during their childhood tend to get along really well during their adult years.

For those who have siblings I know you might have argued with your brother or sister. These little arguments are considered healthy and prove that there is a good relationship between the siblings. I believe that even though brothers and sisters fight at times, they love each other and you can’t find friends like the ones you are related to. If you analyze more closely, a brother is a person who will be there when you need him, someone who picks you up when you fall; a person who sticks up for you when no one else will; a brother is always a friend.

In fact, eighty percent of us have a brother but not many of us are blessed or lucky enough to have a brother who is always our pillar of strength and support. Brothers are like friends and they are permanent. Usually brothers and sisters have a love-hate relationship. I believe that even though brothers and sisters constantly argue, there is a bond of leadership, love and friendship. But they also know the undeniable fact that they are the same blood, share the same origins, and are family.

Although you are probably proud of your brothers, it is normal to be a little jealous, too. It may make you feel better to focus more on doing your own personal best, rather than comparing yourself with them because they are simply too precious to waste. They are your longest lifelong memory bank, your shared history, the person who may know you better than anyone else. They are so deeply part of your identity that they cannot be erased, even by their absence.

Everyone have nice memories in childhood. There is nothing stronger than the relationship between brother and sister. Brother and sister are childhood friends. Their bonding is very much strong and is never lost. Brothers and sisters know very well what is in each other's hearts. They share some of the best moments of life with one another and their bonding is just precious and timeless.

For a sister, having a brother is bliss. Seriously. At times, he maybe irritating, annoying and what not, but, be sure, if there is a problem, he will be the one who would come first in front of you to protect you. That is how the relationship should be. A brother-sister relationship is the most endearing relationship ever in which there is a lot of love, care and fun too.

No matter how old you may grow or how far you may be, he will always be your brother and you would still remain as his loving sister. A brother is blessing which makes you sure that, all through your life, you have a strong shoulder to lean on and wide open arms with a tight hug to comfort you , through all your tested times. Love your brother and only a brother can love like a father, annoy like a sister, care like a mother and support like a friend. A brother share childhood memories and grown up dreams. I, who have no siblings, look with some degree of innocent envy on those who may be said to be born to friends. It was nice growing up with someone like you, someone to lean on, someone to count on and someone to tell on, After all, brotherly love is the bond of brotherhood.

Remember, our longest lasting relationships can often be the most complex but understanding the bond with your brothers and sisters can improve your lives in powerful ways.
