If you ask what the single most important key to longevity is, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn't ask me, I'd still have to say it.

I am not a Philosopher nor am a Mentor but I am just one among you and it is as simple as that. Let me ask all my friends; are you free from all the stresses in life? I love to get honest answers from each one of you. If the answer is Yes, then I will say, you love your life so much and love to live to the fullest. But the answer is NO, and then you are forgetting to live for yourself and need urgent attention to rectify the basic errors.

We live in times of high stress. Messages that are simple, messages that are inspiring, messages that are life-affirming, are a welcome break from our real lives.

Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient to living a happy, healthy and rewarding life.

As the nature of human life has become far more complicated, our ancient stress response hasn't been able to keep up. The truth is that stress doesn't come from your boss, your kids, your spouse, traffic jams, success, the economy, the environment, relationships, health challenges and diseases, parenting, work/life balance, money or other conditions. It comes from your thoughts about these circumstances.

Many of us feel stress and get overwhelmed not because we're taking on too much, but because we're taking on too little of what really strengthens us. Letting go helps us to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and for us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress.

A lot of emotional stress that people go through, some people figure out a way to handle it. They have a strong enough support system to keep going and keep moving forward. And some people, they feel like they don't have that outlet.

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from one of my university professors. He told me to go slow to go fast. I think that applies to everything in life. We live as though there aren't enough hours in the day but if we do each thing calmly and carefully we will get it done quicker and with much less stress.

Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not. Getting stress out of your life takes more than prayer alone. You must take action to make changes and stop doing whatever is causing the stress. You can learn to calm down in the way you handle things.

If you don't think your anxiety, depression, sadness and stress impact your physical health, think again. All of these emotions trigger chemical reactions in your body, which can lead to inflammation and a weakened immune system. Learn how to cope, sweet friend. There will always be dark days

Many people including doctors say that Stress Kills Us. But Why? As far as my opinion is concerned, it’s not stress that kills us; it is our reaction to it. Remember that stress doesn't come from what's going on in your life. It comes from your thoughts about what's going on in your life.

In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another. Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.

There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether to let it affect you or not. The deepest fear we have, 'the fear beneath all fears,' is the fear of not measuring up, the fear of judgment. It's this fear that creates the stress and depression of everyday life.

Always believe in this, God will never give you anything you can't handle, so don't stress.

To be a champion in life, you have to learn to handle stress and pressure. But if you've prepared mentally and physically, you don't have to worry.

If my above explanations will give you any satisfaction and if you feel good at it, then I will say that I am happy. 😊
