Sarmas is a dish of cabbage leaves rolled around a filling usually based on minced meat and rice. Products for 4 servings: 1 head sour cabbage
1/2 kg of mince meat
1 hrs. rice
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 hrs. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery
4 tablespoons oil
Recipe:
Prepare the stuffing by frying the onion in a little oil until it becomes golden. Add shredded carrot and he also cooks for a few minutes. Then add the mince. After 3-4 minutes add the rice, water, salt and celery. The hot is reduced and the water is taken from the rice. Once the water is taken up, the filling is removed from the hot plate. Add 3-4 tablespoons of stuffing to each cabbage sheet and turn the leaves into sarmas. They are stacked in a pan and poured with a glass of water. Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Sarmas are baked for about 50 minutes in an oven.
