One of the best choices for breakfast, in my opinion, is the oatmeal. They will charge you with energy for the day as they are a source of carbohydrates and will save you. RECIPE FOR SMOKED NUTS WITH SMOKED MILK AND CHAIN
Necessary products: 250-300 ml yoghurt 2%
4-5 tablespoons whole / not fine / oatmeal
one teaspoon of cinnamon
Method of preparation:
Stir all ingredients in a bowl from the evening and leave in the refrigerator to stand. In this way nuts are soaked in the milk and in the morning they will be much more delicious than usual. Cinnamon, besides adding flavor, is also a natural regulator of blood sugar and keeps insulin levels stable after food. Yoghurt is preferable to fresh milk, because there is much less lactose. The better option is fresh fruit such as kiwi, grapefruit or green apple. If you use powdered protein - a little of it works miracles with each oatmeal and provides you with additional protein.
