Apple pie with cream
2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream
180 gr. butter
150 gr. sugar
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
360 gr. flour
350 ml of milk
2 tbsp. spoon of starch
4 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1/3 tsp vanillin
as well as 2 large apples, powdered sugar powder.
For the dough in a deep bowl, sift the flour, add salt and baking powder.
Oil cold, cut into cubes and grind with flour into crumb.
Add the egg, sugar, sour cream and mix the dough.
Roll it into a bowl and put it in the refrigerator while you are cooking the filling.
For the custard in the saucepan, stir the egg, sugar, vanillin and starch with a whisk.
Pour in cold milk, mix and put on medium heat.
With constant stirring, bring the cream to a boil and turn off the heat.
Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts 1/3 and 2/3.

Peel apples, cut into slices.
Place on the dough. Fill with hot cream.
