Pumpkin pie
For Sheets:
2 eggs
10 tablespoons of sugar
10 tablespoons of oil
10 tablespoons of water
Flour as it does
A baking dust bag
A pinch of salt
The essence of rum
For stuffing:
Cinnamon
Pumpkin (1 kg)
A cup of sugar
Essence of rom
Method of preparation
Kill eggs and add sugar, oil, water, salt powder and rum. Blend the baking powder with a little flour and add in the composition pour in the flour rain to get a dough hard enough to stretch it. Divide the dough in two, because we will make 2 sheets.
Ripe the pumpkin and soak it with a cup of sugar, a little essence of rum and cinnamon to taste.
Spread the first sheet pour the pumpkin over which sprinkle some bread crumbs to absorb the juice left. Place the 2 sheet with a fork in place from place to place the warm air that will be formed between the two sheets and put in the oven for about 45 minutes.
