Apple and Pear Pie! (part 1)

So everyone I couldn't find hardly anything to eat. I need to go shopping. But what I did find was some plain flower, water sugar and mixed essence some apples and some pears which I think will be lovely together and some creamy thick custard! I decided to make an apple pie. Wel apple and pear pie! I mixed some water and flour together to make pastry and then kneeded it till it was the right consistency.

I created a circle shape using the circular tins outline and used the rest of the pastry to make a casing. After stewing the apples and pears together with sugar and essence I added the apple to the pastry to make a filling. With the remaining pastry I made a lid to cover the apple and pear pie and set it to cook in the pre-heated oven at just under 140 degrees so it can cook gradually.

Now im not really good at making cakes or desserts, but I have made apple pie once before without a recipe I just hope the result comes out well! Stay tuned and I shall upload a picture of the finished result ?
