Apple and Pear Pie! (part 1)
I created a circle shape using the circular tins outline and used the rest of the pastry to make a casing. After stewing the apples and pears together with sugar and essence I added the apple to the pastry to make a filling. With the remaining pastry I made a lid to cover the apple and pear pie and set it to cook in the pre-heated oven at just under 140 degrees so it can cook gradually.
Now im not really good at making cakes or desserts, but I have made apple pie once before without a recipe I just hope the result comes out well! Stay tuned and I shall upload a picture of the finished result ?
