300 g of flour

1. Pour the flour into the bowl, then add the eggs and mix well. Add milk or water. Then add two tablespoons of sugar, so well, so that the mixture is uniform and free of clumps. Dough should not be too dense, if necessary add a little acid water.
2. Paste the dough with a dip in the dish, in which you have previously warmed a few drops of oil. Slightly turn the blotch so that the mixture is evenly distributed to the edges. Pay attention not to pour too much mixture to make your pancakes thinner.
3. When the pancake begins to separate from the frying pan, it's time to turn it to the other side. Bake so for about half an hour, then take it to the plate.
4. You still have to fill them as you wish - whether they will be sweet or salty, you will get rid of yourself. Whether with cream, jam, nuts or old good with sugar.
