If you love cold soups, then you must surely give the chance to get into your menu. This cold summer soup is traditionally made from ripe tomatoes, ground with cucumbers, onions and garlic. All this is seasoned with vinegar and olive oil.

Traditional gazpacho thickened with dried bread, so often the soup is served in this way. You can add or miss the bread, depending on the density you prefer.

These are the main ingredients for Gazpacho. But if you want the cold soup to have a richer taste, add red pepper as well as other vegetables of your choice; Play with spices to add a unique flavor to your meal.

Important:
If you cook the chopstick in a blender type, the soup will have a more interesting texture, it will not be so smooth
The blender-kneader blender will make the hazelnut smoother and velvety
Fanel or the so-called wild fennel, for example, can add an interesting note to the traditional gazpacho.

Easy recipe for gazpacho
We start with an easy and traditional recipe for gazpacho. Here are the necessary products and how to prepare it.

Necessary products: 750 g ripe tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 2 cl. garlic, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1/4 h. olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 2 slices of bread (the bread should not be fresh, but rather a day or two, it is also recommended to be of the "rustic" or home-baked type)


Method of preparation:

In a bowl, break the bread into large pieces, then squeeze the cleaned tomatoes by hand. Then leave the tomatoes on the bread and let the mixture stand for 20 minutes.
Blend tomatoes and bread to get a thick mess
Add cucumber, onion, garlic, red pepper, vinegar
Blend well to obtain a homogeneous mixture
While the blender is turned on at low speed, add a thin stream of olive oil. This will make it better with the soup
If you want the soup to be less, add water
Once the soup is ready, taste at your discretion.
Leave the nest in the refrigerator to cool before serving
