Eggplant Kebab

Ingredients :

Eggplant - 2 pcs.
Mince - 500 g

Garlic - 4 cloves
Pepper - ground

Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Salt

Preparation:

The eggplants are cut into circles and placed in a bowl of salted water for about 30 minutes to drop the black (bitter) water. During this time mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onions and two cloves of garlic.

Add black, red pepper and cumin, and then everything gets messed up again. Minced meatballs are made from minced meat.

A circle of aubergine, then a meatballs, etc., is pricked on a wooden skewer.

Tomatoes are milled or cut at retail. Crush the remaining two cloves of garlic and add to the tomatoes. Tomato sauce is poured on the skewers. Cut the green pepper from above.

There may be several hot chips put up on top. The dish is poured and watered with some oil and baked in the oven at 200 degrees.

Ready the kebab is sprinkled with freshly sliced ​​parsley.
