Slim figure? — If you've always thought of eating chocolate it is a fatty food, you may want to change your mind about chocolate.

One study found that people who eat chocolate regularly(dark chocolate) are more likely to be thinner than those who don't.

People in the study who admitted to eating chocolate five times per week or more had a lower BMI (Body Mass Index) than those who ate chocolate less frequently, according to the 2012 study published the journal Archives of Internal Medicine.

Bitter Chocolate: For a few moments just keep in mouths to get the real flavors and aromas out of it.

Then chew five to ten times to extract the secondary aromas from it.

Allow the chocolate to soften on your palate so that all flavors can be traced out of it. Finally, we are delighted with the flavors left in our mouth.
