Apples in honey and wine
For 4 people
4 apples of medium size
100 g of dried plums
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tsp wine
4 tsp raspberry
50 g of walnut
50 g margarine
Way of preparation
1. Make a filet for apples: nuts, raspberries and plums are to be mixed with a blender until they are united.
2. Wash and sprinkle apples. Cut them off with a blade and remove the seed from them. Apples fill the filler and put into the fertilizer.
3. Make a bowl of honey and white wine, chop until the honey melt and pour the apples. Put cinnamon and add a little margarine on each apple.
4. Apples oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
