What's happening with me
I sat in the kitchen having a huge panic attack whilst more hair began to fall down my back and onto my lap. I hadn't even touched my hair when we started to notice a bald patch starting to form at the front of my head. I was told not to touch it and go to bed t try and relax.
I woke up the next morning to my pillow covered in my hair, I had two major bald patches starting to form as well as hair that just kept falling out without contact. I went to see my doctor who made me have bloods.
I have a thyroid gland condition. Nw if you don't know what the thyroid is don't worry neither did I, looking into it I started reading about what it was and what it actually does for my body. It's basically an organ that is in your neck that stores, realease and produces hormones t send out int your body. The two main hormones it produces are
Triiodyrone (T3)
Thyroxtine (T4)
Too much T3 & T4 causes Anxiety, irritability and moodiness nervousness and hyperactivity, sweating and being sensitive to high temperatures, shakiness and hair loss
Too Little T3 & T4 causes trouble sleeping, tiredness, difficulty concentrating, dry skin and hair, depression, sensitive to cold temperatures, muscle and joint pain as well as a heavy menstrual cycle
Now I have both too little and too much which is impossible for my doctor to believe.
