So do not hesitate to include at least some fresh or cooked leaves in your salads, soups, soups.
Ingredients required for 10 portions of spinach borscht
- 2 kg of spinach,
- 1-2 l of water;
- 1,500 l borsch;
- 100 g of carrot;
- 500 g potato;
- 100 g of pastry;
- 50 g parsley;
- 200 g onion;
- 400 g smoked bacon;
- 600 g of tomatoes or 500 ml of tomato juice;
- 100 g of tomato paste;
- 150 ml of oil;
- 100 g butter;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 50 g leu;
- 50 g parsley;
Method of preparation:
Spinach leaf leaves, washed in more water and left in the streak. The onion is cleaned, washed and chopped finely, then steamed in fat, add cleaned carrot and finely chopped, chopped small cubes together with the pickled pepper and finely chopped.
Mix the components in the suppressing bowl that is covered with a lid. Add the spinach and mix. After the spinach has cooled, add the water, then the sliced potatoes and let them boil. After a few boiling, add the boiled borscht separately and squeezed, the peeled tomatoes and sliced or tomato juice.
When it all boiled, pull the pot from the fire, add the lemon and the parsley cut small. It suits the taste of salt and sour. It can be served with croutons of bread.
