Salads filled with antioxidants and vitamins
This simple salad will provide your body with a lot of antioxidants thanks to grapefruit, healthy fatty acids from sunflower seeds and lots of spinach leaf iron. Add to these three ingredients a small amount of Himalayan salt, vinegar balsamic vinegar, lemon juice of sunflower or olive oil, a little green pepper and a delicious light meal there. Instead of dried blueberries you can add raisins, and you can add salad with slices of salmon or tuna for a healthy dinner.
GREEN SALAD WITH ORASI WITH ADVANCE
This salad can easily replace a light lunch. Clean the salad, put nuts and cut the ripe avocado into pieces and add a chalk of salt and a little pepper, sprinkle with avocado oil or olive oil (juice), squeeze it with orange and stir well.
TUNA SALAD
Whip the integral fuselage, then the two eggs, clean a few radish, peel one small onion, add potatoes, salt and pepper and a spoonful of olive oil, stir it all with tuna pieces, let it cool well. Serve cold with a delicious integral pie and you are guaranteed a light colorful flavor.
SALAD FROM FRESH, DENOMINATION WITH CHICKEN OR PECORIN
This classic I believe is familiar to everyone. But it's always good to eat it. Cut the ham and the raspberries into pieces, pour olive oil drops, and just decide if you want to crunch cow or sheep cheese.
