Russian salad
Components:
150 g of potatoes
150 g carrots
150 g peas (can and frozen)
150 g of acidic cucumbers
200 g cooked ham (squeezed)
300 g mayonnaise
2 boiled eggs
mustard spoon
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Preparation:
Cut potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Put in a boil salted water and cook for about three minutes. Cook peas until it becomes soft (about 15 minutes). Ham, sour cucumbers and cooked eggs cut into cubes. Mix all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices. Mix well and place in the fridge to cool down. Serve cold.
П.С. I mainly buy a frozen mix for the Russian salad, because it has already been cut into cubes and thus speed up the process of harvesting. Vegetables I literally put in the water for a few minutes, I process, cool and compile with other ingredients. And lemon juice can be avoided, because the cucumbers are sufficiently sour, so no additional acid is needed.
