Step 2: Place the dough on the table, sprinkle with flour and gently press the palms. Then rolate a bark with a thickness of 6-8 mm.
With a stuffed glass, take out forms and keep them on a clean cloth. Cover them and let them steam for another 20 minutes.
Step 3: Fry them in heated oil, but the fire must not be very strong.
The donuts in the pan begin to grow themselves, but sprinkle with the hot oil to grow even faster.
Step 4: Fill the finished donuts with chocolate cream or marmalade, if desired, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can also leave them empty, sprinkled with only powdered sugar and cinnamon.
