Peppers stuffed with cheese and eggs

cheese - 350 g cow
eggs - 4 pcs.

Way of preparation
Wash peppers, sprinkle them and clean thoroughly from the seed. Just sprinkle on the inside.
Punch the eggs and mix them with crushed cheese, add the grounded and finely priced tomatoes, if desired. If it is necessary to mix it dried, you will achieve it with 1 tsp of flour. Finally, mix a little chopped parsley.
Fill the peppers with a mixture and dip into the saucepan with flour. Sort them into a lubrication plate. Dry with plain or olive oil.
Put peppers stuffed with eggs and cheese to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until they are ready.
Serve peppers with a bit of finely chopped parsley.
