I find A walk to Remember (movie) inspirational and absolutely amazing. I have seen various films with people that have been terminally ill and sadly have never made it. 'A walk to remember', starring Mandy Moore follows the story of a young girl who is marginalised by her peers for being different. After her Lukaemia battle, she marries one of her peers who learns to love her despite being pressurised into disliking her because of her introvert behaviour.
Eventually the two forge a connection despite the two being entirely different; she is a Christian, and he is the 'cool kid', that will stop at nothing to impress his apparent friends. Mandy Moore proves in this performance that there is more than one way to beat Lukaemia, even if there is no apparent cure. http://www.curetoday.com/community/mel-mann/2015/10/leukemias-lionheart-the-fight-of-a-lifetime
