• 1/2 chopped cabbage
• 4 cups Atta (wheat flour)
• 1 ½ tablespoon ginger paste
• 2 chopped green chilies
• coriander leaves
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons ghee
• 2tablespoons oil, to fry
• 2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cup of water
1. Add all the ingredients into the wheat flour(Atta).
2. Mix the ingredient with the light hand.
3. Put a small amount of water and make the dough not too sticky.
4. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes
5. After 15 minutes check the dough, if the dough is little sticky mix the dry wheat flour.
6. Make small balls and press the ball and make the Paratha
7. Fry the paratha on both sides on Tawa with the oil,
8. Eat the Paratha with pickles and yogurt.
