Soul Story - Therapeutic Story

Once, an angel decided to come down to earth, decided to embody and live like men to learn the hardest lesson of existence, self-love. After having made this decision, the angel has asked God for a chariot to accompany him to the earth.
One day, the angel accompanied by a wise old man descended from heaven on a stairwell of light. As soon as she approached the earth, the lighter she was losing, but she said to her, it was nothing, I would recover my light, then, instead of the wings, my arms appeared, and with them afraid it would fall, it would collapse on the earth and began to cling to the ladder. The old man who accompanied him said: "It's nothing, so it happens every time, it's normal, if you want to become a man, you'll have to get used to, fear is the most popular feeling."
When he had finished the ladder, he had already become a man, and when he began to step on the ground, problems arose, his legs bled very hard because he had descended to the top of a mountain, his hands ached, and all his body endured because of heat and effort so as not to slip into the gap. But his efforts had a positive end because he managed to climb the mountain and even reach a plateau. But once he began to scoff at the wounds he felt on his entire body, even if he had succeeded, he continued to complain, and even asked the messenger to help him come back:
"It's very hard," he said, "I want to quit, I know I decided to come here alone, but I did not know how hard it is and what effort it takes.
The leader answered,
- You know that this is not possible, you have to go all the way, just so you can learn the lesson you came here for.
- How can I do that, I have no wings, I no longer have powers, I do not even know what my way is or what lesson I have to learn, how can I do it? (but his questions were not answered because his coat had already begun to climb the stairway to the sky)
"Please, call the angel-man, do not leave me like this! Tell me just what is the essential thing for a man ....!
-The most important thing for a man is not to hurt any soul.
The angel-man breathed lightly and shouted, enthusiastically,
- Hey, that's easy, I just need to be careful about the needs of those around me.
The messenger, continuing to climb, returned to the angel-man and said,
- Do not even hurt your soul ...!
The angel-man stood silent, and a tear began to bruise his cheek .... Finally he gathered and cried out with the voice behind the messenger:
- Okay, but that's gonna take my time ... I'll have to practice until the end of my life .....!
The messenger, near the end of the stairs, turned his head and shouted,
- You wanted to find out what the lesson of your life, and why you came to earth ... no !?

Just by respecting yourself, loving your soul so much that you do not hurt it, you will be able to remember where you come from, who you really are and what is the lesson of your life on earth, give yourself the chance to you love yourself, you are more important than you can believe!
