Review for the Company: Bad News to Employee and Employer

It was really fascinating that some people are arrogant with its ignorance of information. I was browsing Facebook this morning. Then I was caught by this review of a co-online teacher. She dropped accusation against the company I am working with. It is too subjective and too tactless with all the wordings in her statements. The desperation had shown in between the lines while reading it. The mere fact, there is no basis at all.
The first thing of concern is questioning the standard rules of the company. I am not fully supporting the company about the claims of this person. This is not the proper way to address such sentiments. She can always practice her rights to say things in contrast to the company’s practices. Personally speaking, if she does this drastic action, then it will be a disaster for her. She had signed a contract agreeing to all the requirements and the possible sanctions for any violations that the home-based teacher incurred.
If she keeps on whining about it, then try to make her own same line of business. There are so many claims of her without any possible documents to back up the concern. Another thing, the people who had commented on her post were so one-sided. They can’t even think it over before sprouting their agreeable comments. I am sure these next few days the company will put her into misery. It could be the result of filing a formal case against her. The false accusations will be a foul without any proofs about her reasons for hating the company.
On the other hand, the employer of this company needs to check this. Perhaps they needed to finalize the rectification of their policies. I must admit that the company always change their standard rules randomly. It shouldn’t be like this. I assume that the company’s administration is not so confident about the rules. Hopefully, there would be an open forum for this chaos ruling between the company and the employees.
