Law should be brought in so people can retire if they want to in their early 50's

Jobs if you are 50 or over are hard to come by unless of course you are already in a job or just happen to know someone who can get you a job or you are self employed. Look at people in their early 50's out of work where you have to go to the jobcentre and demean yourself for benefits.
I have always thought it unfair where by women get to retire before men to me this should equalised if we are supposed to be in an equal opportunity society today. I realise too that these days women do mens jobs and men can do women jobs and that's fine. I also realise there are is inequality when it comes to some jobs where by men and women do the same jobs and yet women get far less this should be equalised too.
I also know there are a lot of older people who do not wish to retire and to keep working because if they stopped they would go mad sitting at home. But I think the retirement age for men and women if they want to retire should be brought down to 50 as to me retiring when you are in the twilight of your years despite people living longer today is living on borrowed time and less time to enjoy your retirement.
That way then there would be more scope for younger people to come through as they need to make a living now as they are the future. I know not everyone on here will agree with this but this is what I think should happen.
Also with technology coming in and impacting jobs a universal payment which would be a payment for everyone whether they worked or not would be the answer. This then would stop benefits like JSA, ESA and and jobcentres could be closed down because lets face it they are not places that help people any more.
These are my ideas take them or leave them up to you.
