When I prepared the ,,Vanilice,, egg whites remained . From them I prepared Homemade meringues. Today, it's easier to buy them in the store, but they are not as tasty as domestic.
I'm mixing 2 egg whites, 150 gr. sugar, and some lemon juice. The mixture must be solid. Push the balls on the board that we previously covered with the baking paper. I did it with a small spoon. You can use cake syringe, silicone bag, or something like that. Bake in a heated oven at 100 ° C for 60 minutes. After this time, turn off the oven, leave the pushing inside, and let it cool down completely. These cakes are "melted" in the mouth. They are delicious, and they eat very quickly.
