Posle napornog dana pravi je izazov spustiti loptu i spremiti se za dobar san. Prečesto uhvatimo sebe u polusnu kako smo zaspali ispred televizora sve dok nas preglasan ton ne probudi. E tada zaboravite na spavanje. Dobra stvar je što i za ovu ružnu naviku postoji rešenje.

Nije tajna da mnogi ljudi muče muku sa insomnijom. Holandski pisac Darijus Furu je učio na svojim greškama i eksperimentisao sa večernjim i jutarnjim ritualima. Došao je do zaključka da je jutarnji mnogo lakše implementirati u svakodnevicu.

A šta je sa noćnim? Darijus je napravio večernji ritual koji mu pomaže da se dobro pripremi za kvalitetan san. Svima je dobro poznato da je telu potrebnu 7 do 9 sati sna, ali često to ostane samo plan koji nije realizovan. Zato, Holanđanin je osmislio ritual od pola sata koji mu je znatno popravio san i kvalitet života.

Od prvog do desetog minuta: Zaključite svoj dan

Svako veče odvojite prvih deset minuta da "proputujete" kroz dan koji prolazi. U nekoliko rečenica napišite šta ste postigli, šta ste naučili, i sve ono što je vredno pamćenja.

Ova prosta vežba pomogla mu je:

1. Pamti šta je juče radio. Da, zvuči glupo ali često zaboravljamo većinu situacija iz prethodnog dana.

2. Proverava svoj progres i prati da li radi sve ono što bi trebalo - čitanje, teretana, porodica, pisanje...

Od 10. do 20. minuta: Pregledajte sutrašnji raspored

Ovo je ključno. Kada se probudite, želite tačno da znate šta tog dana radite. Da li vas čeka neki važan sastanak ili poziv? Da li ističu neki rokovi možda? Kada odlazite na vežbanje?

Najveći uzrok anksioznosti su često nerešene obaveze i problemi. Često čak i brinemo o problemima koji suštinski ne postoje, tvrdi pisac.

Od 20. do 25. minuta: Spremite odeću za sutra

Mozak se tokom dana troši i potrebno mu je osveženje. Ne treba vam još jedna obaveza ujutru, i zato odvojite pet minuta da složite i odlučite šta ćete nositi sutra na posao.

Budimo realni, nismo Stiv Džobs koji je nosio istu odeću svakog dana.

Od 25. do 30. minuta: Zamislite sutrašnji dan

Pošto ste već prošli kroz kalendar i raspored, red je da sve to i zamislite. Darijus preferira ovu vežbu jer ujutru kada se probudi i dalje se seća svega što je zamislio.

Krajnji rezultat: Nema više odlaganja alarma!

"Odlaganje je za gubitnike, ja to više nisam upravo zbog rituala od pola sata. Odlazim na spavanje bez stresa, i budim se fokusiran. Znam tačno šta treba da uradim kako bih imao uspešan dan, to je ono što ćete svi postići", tvrdi Holanđanin.

The brain is consumed throughout the day and needs refreshment. You do not need another obligation in the morning, so take five minutes to agree and decide what to wear tomorrow for work.

From 25 to 30 minutes: Imagine tomorrow

Since you've already gone through the calendar and schedule, it's up to you to imagine all that. Darijus prefers this exercise because in the morning when he wakes up he still remembers everything he has imagined.
Final result: There is no more delay in the alarm!

"It's a waste of losers, I'm no longer just because of the rhythm of half an hour, I'm going to sleep without stress and I'm focused. I know exactly what to do to have a successful day, that's what everyone will achieve," claims Holanđanin.

Potreban materijal:

3 srednja krompira
4-5 kašika ajvara
150g kozjeg prevrelog sira
2 zelene pečene paprike
2-3 čena belog luka
so, mleveni biber
1 kašičica alkoholnog sirćeta

Priprema:

Krompir skuvati u ljusci. Očistiti i iseći na kockice. Papriku ispeći, oljuštiti i sitno naseckati. Beli luk izgnječiti. Kozji sir izmrviti rukama. Sjediniti namirnice, dodati so i biber po ukusu, kao i sirće. Lagano izmešati i ostaviti da se malo ohladi u frižideru pre služenja.
