A šta je sa noćnim? Darijus je napravio večernji ritual koji mu pomaže da se dobro pripremi za kvalitetan san. Svima je dobro poznato da je telu potrebnu 7 do 9 sati sna, ali često to ostane samo plan koji nije realizovan. Zato, Holanđanin je osmislio ritual od pola sata koji mu je znatno popravio san i kvalitet života.

Od prvog do desetog minuta: Zaključite svoj dan

Svako veče odvojite prvih deset minuta da "proputujete" kroz dan koji prolazi. U nekoliko rečenica napišite šta ste postigli, šta ste naučili, i sve ono što je vredno pamćenja.

Ova prosta vežba pomogla mu je:

1. Pamti šta je juče radio. Da, zvuči glupo ali često zaboravljamo većinu situacija iz prethodnog dana.

Od 25. do 30. minuta: Zamislite sutrašnji dan

Pošto ste već prošli kroz kalendar i raspored, red je da sve to i zamislite. Darijus preferira ovu vežbu jer ujutru kada se probudi i dalje se seća svega što je zamislio.

"Odlaganje je za gubitnike, ja to više nisam upravo zbog rituala od pola sata. Odlazim na spavanje bez stresa, i budim se fokusiran. Znam tačno šta treba da uradim kako bih imao uspešan dan, to je ono što ćete svi postići", tvrdi Holanđanin.

"It's a waste of losers, I'm no longer just because of the rhythm of half an hour, I'm going to sleep without stress and I'm focused. I know exactly what to do to have a successful day, that's what everyone will achieve," claims Holanđanin.

Potreban materijal:

3 srednja krompira
4-5 kašika ajvara
150g kozjeg prevrelog sira
2 zelene pečene paprike
2-3 čena belog luka
so, mleveni biber
1 kašičica alkoholnog sirćeta

Priprema:

Krompir skuvati u ljusci. Očistiti i iseći na kockice. Papriku ispeći, oljuštiti i sitno naseckati. Beli luk izgnječiti. Kozji sir izmrviti rukama. Sjediniti namirnice, dodati so i biber po ukusu, kao i sirće. Lagano izmešati i ostaviti da se malo ohladi u frižideru pre služenja.
