Don't use Alcohol on your Face!

.
When I was young I frequently saw my sisters and cousins applying toner on their face after cleansing their skin. They said it helps get rid of the dirt as well as get rid of their pimples.

When I became I teenager, I started using toners without caring what ingredients are in it. I felt a stinging sensation and I thought it was good. I thought it meant that the toner was doing its job in getting rid of oil from my skin. But I was wrong. What it did was strip off all the skin from skin with alcohol, thereby causing more problems by making my skin greasier than it normally was.

Thank goodness that now my son does' have to go through the same mistake. Because now, I have more knowledge in taking care of the skin than I had when I was young. If I had only known what I know now, my skin wouldn't have been damage.

If you have oily skin, never ever use any cleaners or skin care treatments with alcohol in it because it would aggravate the condition of your skin. Th skin would sense that there's no oil and what it would do is produce more oil than what is actually needed.

Go for alcohol-free products and your skin will thank you.
