Does Referral Matter?

I have been working to several online sites and some have referral links to share to invite friends and other interested individuals to join the site. The payment varies on the integrity and stability of the sites.
This system may be working or may be not depending on the activity and aggressiveness of the site member/user. The more friends you have, the more chances of your referral esrnings may get if they join the site. But my experience wasn't favorable. Out of 10 I have referred, only one has responded but later becomes inactive.
I come across with a forum which referral incentive is too juicy. It rewards a better payment for those who reach the target number of referrals. Or members themselves exchange deal and pay anyone who could use his referral.
Here in Tuetego the system is once you get a score of B, you're qualified to receive a referral fee of £0.05. That means you couldn't share unless you meet the condition. Is it reasonable?
By the way, recently I received my Tuetego referral link. What about you? Have received yours too?
Now the big question is: Tuetego referral, would it bring love? What's your foresight?

Looks great and I have the same questions in my mind plus one more: is there a possibility in near future for us to earn a percent of our active referrals like on the most of the sites? Not taking from their earnings of course, but a percentage of their earnings and activities like a bonuses to our earnings? The more active they are, the more higher bonuses plus our earnings? It will be additionally motivational for both sides, for us and for the referrals to bring their friends as much more as they can

Explorer2017 › I don't think so. As long as you reach the color B, you may have your referral link. It's clear in the instructions. @soncee

indexer › There are so many unanswered questions about how this will all work. For example, do you get the referral bonus only if you have achieved B status on the same day that the referral is made and responded to? Or only on the following day?

Explorer2017 › @indexer That remains to be seen. It is in experimental status. My exposition is based on what I read it from the details on the said TOM post. Let's wait and see. I have noticed that there are features in the website platform which couldn't be found in mobile app. That needs to be dealt with properly as if it is an exemption.
cathydkreations › It is nice to have a referral link but I don't think it will make a difference to my friends. I have been here 11 months and only had 2 people to join. They love FB ???

cathydkreations › @milenazoran If you go to your invites on your profile area it will show who you invited and if they joined. Tuetego would have paid you .09 for your invites. ?
