Detox veggie cream


1⁄2 pumpkin, peeled and cut
3 big onions
3 celery sticks
2 leeks
2 carrots
1/2 cabbage
1/2 red pepper
1 cube chicken flavour, low fat


Wash each vegetable well.

Cut all the vegetables into pieces and boil until they are ready.

Grind all the contents, if you see excessive amount of water take out a little before grinding.

Strain the resulting mash to remove skins.

You are ready to serve.
You can add ground cayenne to give it a spicy touch and enhance the detox effect.

I love this cream. You can add more detox veggies like garlic and parsley.
It's my first plate everyday i can make it.
I make cream for 3 or 4 days.
It's more/less 5€ for a week
