Death and the Maiden

This is without a doubt the most beautiful sculpture I have ever seen.
Maybe It can scare but represents reality, everyone at a time of our life will be touched by the death.
So it happened to Maruja, Rosita and Pepita, three sisters from Vigo who died as children and whose parents wanted to honor eternally with this fabulous sculpture of funerary art.
I love, not only the sculpture, which in itself is beautiful, but the words that his parents left engraved on this, their grave.

The epitaph:
You were like three roses where the only three roses of our illusion bloomed, which were you.
There were bitter days, with three hours of cursed wind, which took you away forever. Sad life ours since then.
But God will once again unite us with your virginal souls, where the roses of holiness never die.
