Cajun Chicken Pasta

A really filling and delicious meal that is simple to make and tastes great.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
4 ounces of linguine, cooked al dente
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
1 thinly sliced green onion
1-2 cups heavy whipped cream
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
All you do is take some boneless chicken breasts and cut them into strips. Then place the chicken in a large bowl with Cajun seasonings and pepper and garlic salt. Toss well and melt some butter in a skillet and sautee the strips until they are tender and ready.
Then lower the heat and ass heavy whipped cream, sliced green onions, tomatoes (dried, canned and drained, or fresh and chopped), basil, garlic powder, black pepper, and heat through, Serve this over hot pasta and toss with Parmesan cheese.
Note: You can also toss the chicken strips in seasoned breadcrumbs before sauteing. You can top this dish with shredded cheddar cheese or another cheese of your choice instead of the Parmesan,
