Brexit passport
.
Thinking of travel abroad after brexit triggered then think again whether going on holidays or living temporary it's risky at the end of the referendum their were many British holiday makers or tourists on holidays stranded and didn't find traveling back to their homeland easy they were having issues with their passport as the passport says it's a European Union they voted to leave the European Union in the June referendum and this means their passport is contemporary an issue to board planes and leaving a foreign country without a visa so the new passport which to be rolled out after brexit triggered will have a new cover and design for the citizens of Britain and if you don't have it and there are no visas of the destination travelling to then your caught in tangle with the local airport immigration authority however you can check it with the embassy of the country your traveling to in the United Kingdom before traveling if there will be any issues with the old passports but there can be no guarantee because the foreign country might have different policies to their embassies abroad.
Mckinsey › I bet a lot of British who have retired to mainland Europe are nervous!
Bilston › Brexit hasn't started yet, so...
British citizens on holidays travelling back having issues with their passports? Do you really believed?

ze2000 › British passport has already access to half of the wold because of Commonwealth. The other half has signed agreements.
The moment a European country decides to stop accepting British passports they will have to take back their own immigrants, in some cases hundreds of thousands. I wonder who will be the first one with the guys to do it.
It's just nonsense to scare grannys.

Lutfur1 › European country citizens are first to take back incase European countries don't accept British passport
ze2000 › Yes, it's obvious. But they won't, European countries can't afford it. If it was another country they could put pressure but the UK has already deals with half the world through the commonwealth. They're not alone, they pioneered country association. They have deals with America, with Africa, Asia, Australia... what's the EU going to do? Put customs charges? Imagine then the UK puts custom charges to car imports,
HappyLady › I think this will all be worked out. To think I actually travelled to the Middle East and in Europe in the early 80's om my husband's passport. You cannot do that now.
Basically no country will want to lose its holiday trade and they will not want every Britain applying for a new passport at once. I may be wrong.
