Bajadera- Queen of Chocolates

Bajadera is one of Kraš’s best-known brands on the Croatian market. This exquisite chocolate combines a Central European confectioner’s art with the oriental extravagance of flavors. Bajadera is the queen of chocolates, fine nougat blended with almonds which gives a unique, recognizable flavor.

I'm not sure how this dessert got its name, but probably Bajam (Almond) suggested which oriental term to choose as a name, which together with taste, appearance and packing make the brand. A very successful brand, because Bajadera is the first Croatian confectionery product to be granted the “Croatian Creation” label.

Bajadera is a unique dessert. It belongs to nougat chocolate desserts, the making of which is a very demanding task, and only the premium global manufacturers include them in their production programmes.

Even those who do not like chocolate they would love this dessert.
