Bajadera
.
You will want this delicious chocolate spell even more when you learn to cook it in just 20 minutes!
Components:
9 tablespoons of water
200 gr of sugar
150 gr of ground nuts, almonds or hazelnuts
250 gr of milled biscuits
170 gr of butter
100 gr of chocolate for cooking
For glaze:
100 gr of chocolate for cooking
a little bit of oil
Preparation:
Add the water and sugar to the pot and warm it to light heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the butter, remove from the fire and mix until it melts. When the butter is completely melted, add the nuts and biscuits, and then mix until you get a dense uniform mass.
Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts. Dip the chocolate into steam and mix it in the first part of the mass. Place the greasy baking paper on the tray and transfer the first part of the mass (with chocolate) and shape the square with your hands, and then align the upper part and edges with a knife.
Put a different mass on it in the same way and do the same. Dissolve the rest of the chocolate with steam, add some oil to it and pour a bowl. Leave the bayader in the refrigerator to tighten, and cut it on the next day and use it.
