The Health benefits of water

There are many health benefits of water. It is said that water does not contain any calories which makes it perfect for staying healthy and maintaining our bodies health. Water has so many benefits which are often over looked such as, reducing blood pressure, helping to get rid of headaches and migraines and also maintaining the health of your heart and lungs.
Water is also known to Increase energy and ultimately it relieves Fatigue. Since your brain is mostly water, drinking it helps you think, focus and concentrate better and be more alert. As an added bonus, your energy levels are also boosted!
Secondly, Water also Promotes Weight Loss and flushes out toxins in the body. Removes by-products of fat, reduces eating intake (by filling up your tummy if consumed prior to meals), reduces hunger (hello natural appetite suppressant!), raises your metabolism and has zero calories! Water gets rid of waste through sweat and urination which reduces the risk of kidney stones and UTI’s (urinary tract infections).
Also, Drinking plenty of water is great for your skin. If you don't drink enough water, you'll suffer from dry skin, and you'll be likely to use more creams and lotions to moisturize. However, creams and lotions don't strike at the root of the problem. Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin moisturized and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. If you don't drink enough water, your body will try to retain it in order to conserve resources. This retention makes your skin puffy and can even lead to bloating.
Finally, drinking water can help you to build muscle: it makes your muscles stronger. That's because water carries oxygen to the cells of your body, including those of your muscles. Drinking plenty of water enables your muscles to work harder and longer before they feel tired, and this can help you build muscle.
