Yolk Sauce
*3 hard boiled yolks
* 200 gr. sour cream
*1 tablespoon of 1/2 lemon juice mustard "Estragon"
* 2 tablespoons oil
*pinch of salt
*and pinch of pepper
Preparation:
- Firm cooked egg yolks press on the small side of the render or through the strainer.
-Add the cream, mix it, then add the squeezed lemon juice, mix it, add the soda, and mix it gradually and add it from the oil.
It is an excellent sauce as an additive for mulching or sprinkling vegetable whips, grilled meat ... or anything that suits you. You can also work with a blender. A similar thing to Aioli sauce, but here with boiled yolks.
