Creamy Peanut Salad

Ingredients:

*200 g roasted peanuts
*100 g cheese
*200 g salami
*1 fresh cucumber
*250 g fatty cheese
*250 g sour cream 20%
*100 g mayonnaise
*1 teaspoon dill

Preparation

-Grind peanuts untill you get peaunt flour.
- (Because it is greasy and soft) squeeze the fatty cheese with a fork.
-Cut cheese, cucumber and salami into small cubes.
-Combine all of these ingredients with sour cream and mayonnaise.
-Add a dill to taste.
And the creamy, peanut salad is ready in a blink of an eye!
You can serve it as appetizer altogether with cheese buns and crisps, fresh salads, different types of salami, cheese, olives, different types of meat or fish, veggies etc.
