Never Give Up

My mantra for today is - Never Give Up. I am talking particularly today about writing. Don't ever give up on writing.
If you are anything like me you have received a rejection letter or two in your lifetime. It's normal, it feels devastating as though someone is rejecting you personally. Believe me, they are not. They don't even know you.
As a writer, well most writers, seem to be sensitive. After all we do pour our heart out and put it in a manuscript for all the world to see. We do if it gets past an Editor.
So when we doo get that rejection letter it become a very personal dagger to the heart.
Don't let it get you down. Pick your self up and try, try, again.
You only fail in life if you stay down there on the ground.
Take a minute to read the list of names on the image I used here. Everyone of these people have been rejected over and over. What would have happened if they just laid down and gave up? Think of the wonderful literature we would be missing.
