customer finds a condom in ther condiment

A customer bought a redcurrant jelly from the Co-op and in the jar they claim to have found a condom in the Jar (please refer to the photo inserted).
Co-op denies that the foreign object is a condom and instead says that its solidified white foam.
I am sorry Co-op to jump on to the bandwagon on this one but it has to be said ''THAT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A SOLIDIFIED WHITE FOAM!!!'' i don't care what anyone says.
I am no expert on redcurrant jelly nor on condoms and i certainly am not saying its a condom however it could be one of the factory workers glove or something. no way is that white foam.
Anyway Co-op gave a £20 voucher to the customer as a good will gesture, the customer took the voucher and equally went to the papers. I think that was wrong of the customer to do so as they accepted the voucher, and by accepting the voucher it means that they are happy the way it was resolved.
